    Abstract: In a wire drawing method, processing stability is ensured by preventing a shape from deforming non-uniformly. The wire drawing method includes: using a first wire that includes a center member, a plurality of first peripheral wires surrounding the center member, and an outer shell disposed outside the first peripheral wires; and reducing a cross-sectional diameter of the first wire by wire drawing. A shape of a cross section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the first peripheral wire is a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape including a long side in contact with the outer shell, a short side in contact with the center member, and a first oblique side and a second oblique side that are in contact with the adjacent peripheral wires.

    Abstract: A wire drawing method includes: preparing a first wire rod that includes a first pipe having a first longitudinal length and a second pipe having a second longitudinal length different from the first longitudinal length; creating a second wire rod that includes the first pipe having a third longitudinal length and the second pipe having a fourth longitudinal length different from the third longitudinal length, by reducing a cross-sectional diameter of the first wire rod through wire drawing; and setting a first difference between the third longitudinal length and the fourth longitudinal length in the second wire rod to be smaller than a second difference between the first longitudinal length and the second longitudinal length in the first wire rod.

    Abstract: In the present spinning method using elements including: a tube material; a pair of chucks which hold both ends of the tube material; and a roller having a predetermined curved shape in order to shape the tube material, in a state that circumferential portions at the both ends of the tube material are fitted in and held by circumferential grooves provided on side surfaces of the chucks, the method includes a step of transferring a curved shape on a side surface of the roller to a side surface of the tube material by rotating the chucks which hold the tube material around a first axis, rotating the roller around a second axis, moving the rotating roller in an X direction, and pressing the side surface of the roller against the side surface of the tube material between the rotating chucks.
