    Abstract: A rechargeable lithium ion button cell battery having a sealed housing comprises an inner casing and an outer casing, both casings have at least one flat area as top or bottom of the battery, and a round or oval sidewall vertically formed to the flat area. An insulation gasket is positioned between the sidewalls, and the outer casing opening is mechanically crimped to complete the seal of the battery. Inside the sealed housing the anode and cathode electrodes are spiral wound with separator to be a round or oval roll. A roll axis is vertical to the flat area of the casings. The two electrodes are tapered in width to fully utilize the inner space. The electrodes comprise current collectors of metal foils coated with lithium-intercalating active materials, leaving small area of uncoated metal foils as conductor tabs for connecting the electrodes to the casings.

The method is: acquiring an uplink packet of a user equipment for requesting to watch an OTT video, where the uplink packet is transmitted by the user equipment to a video server storing the OTT video and carries request information of the user equipment on the OTT video; acquiring a downlink packet corresponding to the uplink packet, where the downlink packet is transmitted by the video server to the user equipment and carries the OTT video, and the OTT video is transmitted by the video server according to the request information in the uplink packet; buffering the downlink packet; and in response to determining that the buffered downlink packet satisfies a resolving condition, resolving the OTT video in the buffered downlink packet to generate a user experience value.

All the nodes collect statistical data starting from a unified program clock reference value. The quantity of packets lost between an upstream node and a downstream node among all the nodes is acquired according to the statistical data. A faulty link is determined according to the quantity of packets lost between the upstream node and the downstream node.

In the embodiments of the present invention, a method in the prior art that the video quality is determined only according to the number of lost packets and a packet loss rate is modified, and the location of the most important lost packet is determined by analyzing the influence of the lost packet on other packets, and a damage degree or degree of intactness of the video frame is determined according to the most important lost packets, so as to determine the quality of the video frame. The method greatly improves the precision for evaluating the video quality.
