    Abstract: Radio frequency (RF) switches with controllable resonant frequency are provided herein. In certain embodiments, an RF switch includes a stack of two or more field-effect transistors (FETs) electrically connected between a first terminal and a second terminal. Additionally, the RF switch further includes an inductor connected between the first terminal and the second terminal and in parallel with the stack of FETs. A first portion of the FETs are controlled to turn on or off the RF switch. Additionally, a second portion of the FETs are controlled to provide tuning to a resonant frequency of the RF switch when the RF switch is turned off.
