Abstract: The invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the generation of therapeutic energy waves when aimed at a moving target object inside the living body where some energy waves can miss their target if the object moves outside the energy waves' focal zone. The apparatus comprises of a therapy controller that is designed to connect with energy waves' generators to control energy waves' generation and also to receive the object position data through connection with a real-time medical imaging system. The invention offers precise targeting of moving objects and minimizes wasted energy waves and undesired adversary effects of aiming at other healthy tissues. The energy waves' therapy is intended for objects within a living body. The object is in particular selected from a concretion, an organ, a tissue, a diseased part or a tumor, notably a malignant tumor.
