    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor includes in this order, the steps of forming a dielectric film on a surface of an anode element formed of a porous body, forming a bonding layer containing a silane compound on the dielectric film, and forming a solid electrolytic layer on the dielectric film. The step of forming a bonding layer includes at least any one step of the step of immersing the anode element in a solution containing a silane coupling agent and vibrating at least any one of the anode element and the solution and the step of immersing the anode element in the solution and heating the solution.
