    Abstract: A laminating system according to one embodiment includes: a film sticking-and-cutting device that sticks a film fed from a roll to a workpiece, and cuts the film at a position where the film is not overlapped with the workpiece; and a laminator that receives the workpiece delivered from the film sticking-and-cutting device, and presses the film stuck to the workpiece to the workpiece to join the film to the workpiece. The film sticking-and-cutting device includes a cooling unit that cools the workpiece or the film, before the film is cut. The laminating system may further includes a cooling device that cools the film by supplying air to the film on the workpiece delivered from the laminator, and a film peeling device that peels a layer from the film on the workpiece.

    Abstract: A friction plate has a plurality of friction material segments circularly fixed on an annular core plate, wherein each of the friction material segments includes an oil groove having an opening that opens in the direction of an outer circumferential edge of the friction plate and an end portion that ends between an inner circumferential edge and the outer circumferential edge, oil passages in communication in the direction of the inner and the outer circumferential edges of the friction plate are provided among the friction material segments, and at least some of the oil passages have a first shape, the width of which in a circumferential direction decreases from the inner circumferential edge of the friction plate toward the outer circumferential edge thereof.
