Abstract: The present invention provides a blood pressure measurement apparatus that can judge a feature of a biological body based on biological information. The blood pressure measurement apparatus includes a blood pressure measurement unit that obtains time-series data indicating a blood pressure value that changes in conjunction with a heartbeat, a detection unit that detects one or more surge sections that each include one surge from the time-series data, an extraction unit that extracts one or more feature amounts for each surge, and a classification unit that classifies each of the surges based on the one or more feature amounts.
