  • Patent number: 10047257
Abstract: Provided is an adhesive composition for multilayer semiconductors. The adhesive composition gives, when applied and dried by heating, an adhesive layer that has approximately no adhesiveness at a temperature lower than 50° C., but, when heated at such a temperature as to less cause damage to semiconductor chips, offers adhesiveness and is rapidly cured thereafter. This adhesive composition for multilayer semiconductors includes a polymerizable compound (A), at least one of a cationic-polymerization initiator (B1) and an anionic-polymerization initiator (B2), and a solvent (C). The polymerizable compound (A) contains 80% by weight or more of an epoxide having a softening point or melting point of 50° C. or higher. The cationic-polymerization initiator (B1) gives a composition having a thermal curing time of 3.5 minutes or longer at 130° C.

  • Patent number: 8345298
Abstract: In determining whether to use RIP completed data, a print control apparatus determines whether objects constituting a processing target page are all reusable objects. As a result of this determination, if it is not determined that the objects constituting the processing target page are all reusable objects, the print control apparatus performs RIP on the processing target page data without using the RIP completed data. On the other hand, if the objects constituting the processing target page are all reusable objects, it is then determined whether a registered common page matching the processing target page is present in a common page table. As a result of this determination, if the registered common page is present, the print control apparatus reuses the RIP completed data. If the registered common page is not present, the print control apparatus performs the RIP on the processing target page without using the RIP completed data.

  • Patent number: 5134687
Abstract: A method of converting image outlline data representative of segments defining an outline of an image area to be reproduced, into dot data representative of image dots which collectively represent the image area. In the method, the outline of the image area is superimposed on a coordinated pixel screen wherein a plurality of vertical pixel lines and a plurality of horizontal pixel lines cooperate to provide intersections defining a matrix of dot positions which are selectively used as the image dots. The vertical and horizontal pixel lines form a plurality of sections each having four corners defined by the respective four intersections of the pixel lines. Each one of the plurality of sections is determined as a relevant section if any one of the segments of the outline of the image area passes through the relevant section. The dot data are prepared such that the dot data represents the presence of the image dot at a predetermined one of four corners of each relevant section.
