  • Patent number: 7832519
Abstract: Rigidity of a frame of a working vehicle is improved by a simple structure and production costs are reduced by reducing the number of parts of a working vehicle. Pipes 66 are provided on both left and right sides at the center in the front-rear direction of a side frame 62, and each pipe 66 has a rectangular cross-section and penetrates an intermediate partition in the front-rear direction from a mast section 64 up to a transmission section. Tie-down holes are formed in a front face plate 61 to which the front end of a frame 9 is connected, and a plate 64b connected to a side frame 62 is provided at the bottom surface of each mast section 64 protruding outward from the side frame 62. Tanks installed on the working vehicle are suspended from the plate bodies 64b, and a lift arm installation boss provided at each mast section 64 is supported at both ends. A U-shaped reinforcement member 81 connects the upper surface of mast partition plate of a mast section 64 and left and right bosses.

  • Patent number: 7828505
Abstract: A lift arm having a plate-like structure that is capable of taking a large load is realized without increasing a plate thickness and at low cost. The structure with required strength and of low cost is realized by a simple construction and achieves, at the same time, both weight lightening of a loader and sufficient load bearing performance. In a loader (2) of a working machine (1), connection sections between a cross member (176) and lift arms (171) are each formed in a shape broadening from the cross member (176) toward a lift arm (171). Further, reinforcement plates are attached to outer surfaces of a front loader (2) so as to overlap the connection sections between the cross member (176) and the lift arms (171). Contact members (171b, 171b) are attached to lower side faces at the heads of the lift arms (171) to restrict the amount of rotation of a working device installed on the heads of the lift arms (171).

  • Patent number: 7775556
Abstract: Production of a working vehicle frame consumes high costs because it requires high rigidity. A simple construction improves the rigidity of the frame and reduces costs required for the production. In a structure of a frame (9) for a working vehicle (1), side sections of the frame (9) are constructed in a boat form, and, in a front view, the width of a lower section of the frame (9) is set smaller than that of the central section in the vertical direction of the frame (9). Further, a mast plate (63) for supporting a front loader (2) and a front axle installation plate section (75) are integrated, and side frames (62) constructing the side section of the frame (9) and the mast plate (63) are jointed in a lateral T shape in a side view.

  • Patent number: 7712235
Abstract: A lock device is improved in durability by operating the operation member of a boom lock device in a non-contact state to solve a problem in a conventional work machine because there is a problem that the operation member is worn at the lateral rotating part of a boom bracket. In the lock device 51 for locking a boom 16 of the excavating device to the main body, an engaging member is provided on one of the boom and a boom bracket 15 provided on the main body, and an engaged member is provided on the other of the boom and the boom bracket. The engaging member is constituted by a plate formed on one side thereof with a hook part 52a, and on the other side thereof with a slot 52c. A support pin 55 is inserted into the slot, and a stopped 53 is disposed above the support pin, so that the support pin 55 and the stopper 53 support the engaging member.
