Abstract: Provided are a compound as represented by formula I, a preparation method therefor, and a hydrochloride crystal form A thereof. The compound as represented by formula I and the hydrochloride crystal form A thereof have excellent inhibitory effects on transient receptor potential (TRP) channels, and have good therapeutic effects on TRP channel-associated diseases.

Abstract: A 3-aryloxyl-3-five-membered heteroaryl propylamine compound, and crystal form and use thereof are provided. Specifically, a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a prodrug thereof, the compound having a structure of formula I is described. The compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof has an excellent inhibition function for a transient receptor potential channel protein (TPR), and has a good treatment function for diseases associated with the TPR.
