    Abstract: A fuel folded structure cell system with discharged water treatment facilities includes a fuel cell stack, a water collecting device, and a cooling water system. The water collecting device contains a water absorbing material for collecting reaction produced water bone on the discharged unreacted hydrogen and oxygen. The cooling water system includes a heat exchanger; and heat dissipated from the heat exchanger is blown by a fan provided thereon to the water collecting device to blow dry water absorbed by the water absorbing material.

    Abstract: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack and a humidifier. The humidifier includes an unreacted gas inlet port connected to an end of an unreacted hydrogen discharge pipeline, which is connected at the other end to a hydrogen outlet port of the fuel cell stack, such that the unreacted hydrogen discharged from the fuel cell stack via the hydrogen outlet port is led by the unreacted hydrogen discharge pipeline into the humidifier. The humidifier regulates the relative humidity and concentration of the unreacted hydrogen led thereinto, and the humidified unreacted hydrogen is then discharged from the humidifier.

At least one gas inlet opening, at least one gas outlet opening, and a plurality of channels are defined in a central zone of the flow field plate. A membrane electrode assembly is stacked over the central zone. The channels are of a parallel arrangement and each having a reduced open end and an expanded open end, the reduced open end having a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the expanded open end. The reduced open end communicates the gas inlet opening through which a reaction gas is supplied to the flow field plate.

    Abstract: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack, an air supply system including a blower for driving the air to the fuel cell stack and an air humidifier for humidifying the air supplied to the fuel cell stack, a hydrogen supply system including a hydrogen storage and a pressure regulating device, and a hydrogen recirculator for receiving excessive hydrogen from the fuel cell stack and forcing the hydrogen back into the fuel cell stack in order to induce a hydrogen flow inside the fuel cell stack. A control circuit electrically controls the flow and pressure regulating device for regulating the hydrogen flow to the fuel cell stack and electrically controls the blower to regulate the air flows to the fuel cell stack and the air humidifier.

    Abstract: A heating device for a container in which a hydrogen storage canister is disposed. The hydrogen storage canister supplies hydrogen to a fuel cell including a discharge port, and the heating device includes a water jacket and a seal member. The water jacket is disposed on the container, and communicates with the discharge port of the fuel cell. When the hydrogen storage canister is disposed on the container, the hydrogen storage canister is surrounded by the water jacket and is heated by via water from the discharge exit. The seal member is disposed between the water jacket and the container so that the hydrogen storage canister is closely abutted by the water jacket.

    Abstract: A device for heating hydrogen storage canister includes a canister containing chamber for accommodation of at least one hydrogen storage canister, a catalyst bed arranged in the canister containing chamber for catalysis. A blowing device provides an air flow through an air flow leading pipe to a nozzle section which is connected with a heating gas drawing pipe to the catalyst bed. A heating fuel storage tank supplies heating fuel which is conveyed to the nozzle section through a heating fuel supplying pipeline, a coiled pipe and a heating fuel conveying pipe in sequence. When the air flow flows through the nozzle section, the heating fuel is drawn into the nozzle section to mix with the air flow, forming a heating gas. The heating gas is atomized by the nozzle section and flows to the catalyst bed where the heating gas is catalyzed to burn to generate a hot gas to heat the hydrogen storage canister.

    Abstract: A mask layer having four mask films used in the fabrication of an interconnect structure of a semiconductor device. The first mask film and the third mask film have substantially equal etch rates. The second mask film and the fourth have substantially equal etch rates film, and different from that of the etch rate of the first and third mask films. A via is etched to the first mask film. Then a trench is etched to the third mask film of the mask layer. The via and trench are then etched in a dielectric material. The second, third and fourth mask films are removed and the first mask film remains a passivation layer for the dielectric material. A conductive metal is deposited in the via and trench.

A central part of a bipolar plate of the fuel cell stack is formed with a plurality of channels which is connected to a gas passage via a collective channel and a plurality of communication channels. A reception region is formed across a middle section of the communication channels and a pressure resistant packing is mounted in the reception region, forming a smooth and flat plane with the ridges of the partitions outside the reception region. A gasket is mounted between the bipolar plate and the membrane electrode assembly and acts with the packing to form a gastight gasket assembly in the form of a dual gasket structure.

A front cover is mounted to a front side of the scooter frame and forms an interior space with the center cover. A hydrogen canister holder is mounted in the interior space for retaining a number of hydrogen storage canisters in an inclined manner for supply of hydrogen to the fuel cell stack. The canisters are arranged in pair on opposite sides of a centerline of the scooter frame. A heat dissipation system including a coolant container, a heat exchanger, and a pump is further provided in the interior space to maintain the hydrogen storage canisters at a proper operation temperature.
