    Abstract: A vertically filling-packaging device for filling contents, through a filling mechanism (5), into a packaging bag (P) formed by forming a film (F) delivered from a film roll (7) into a cylindrical shape, by longitudinally sealing the film (F) by a longitudinally sealing mechanism (3), and by laterally sealing the film (F) by a laterally sealing mechanism (4). The device comprises a rotating mechanism (41) for rotating a pair of heat seal rolls (41a) composing the laterally sealing mechanism (4), and a vertically moving mechanism (42) for moving the heat seal rolls (41a) upward and downward.
