  • Publication number: 20250138008
Abstract: When bacteria with different bacteriolysis targets are detected, it was necessary to lyse the individual bacteria separately with lysis solutions containing lysis enzymes suitable for each bacteriolysis target, resulting in a complicated and delayed bacteriolysis process. The purpose of this invention is to provide a new bacteriolysis method for lysing bacteria belonging to two or more species in a sample, making the bacteriolysis process more efficient and rapid. Provided is method for lysing a group of bacteria in the sample, comprising the step of lysing the group of bacteria in the sample in a mixture solution obtained by mixing the sample, a bacteriolysis enzyme, and a bacteriolysis aid, wherein the bacteriolysis enzyme includes at least one bacteriolysis enzyme selected from the group consisting of lysostaphin, lysozyme, acetyl glucosaminidase, and endopeptidase, and wherein the mixture solution has a pH of from 6.0 to 7.0 and an electrical conductivity of from 2.5 to 8.

  • Publication number: 20240255504
Abstract: An immunochromatography device 10 that holds a labeling antibody -carrying member, which elutably carries an antibody for labeling, disposed thereon in such a manner that at least a part of the labeling antibody-carrying member is immersed in a specimen solution. Owing to this arrangement, the labeling antibody elutes and diffuses into the specimen solution when the immunochromatography device 10 is immersed in the specimen solution. By diffusing the labeling antibody into the specimen solution, an antigen-antibody reaction occurs in the specimen solution so that the reaction time can be prolonged compared with the case of using conventional techniques, thereby improving the detection sensitivity.

  • Patent number: 5789089
Abstract: A hot-dipped aluminum coated steel sheet including, on the surface thereof, a coating layer consisting of 2 to 15 wt % of Si, not greater than 1.2 wt % of Fe, 0.005 to 0.6 wt % of Mn, 0.002 to 0.05 wt % of Cr and the balance of Al and unavoidable impurities, and an alloy layer disposed between the coating layer and the steel sheet, having a thickness of not greater than 7 .mu.m and having a mean composition consisting of 20 to 50 wt % of Fe, 3 to 20 wt % of Si, 0.1 to 10 wt % of Mn, 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of Cr and the balance substantially consisting of Al. This steel sheet can be produced by conducting coating in a coating bath consisting of 3 to 15 wt % of Si, 0.5 to 3.5 wt % of Fe, 0.05 to 1.5 wt % of Mn, 0.01 to 0.2 wt % of Cr and the balance substantially consisting of Al, or by adjusting the sum of the concentrations of Zn and Sn in the impurities in the coating layer to not greater than 1 wt %.
