    Abstract: A slitter having a first slide, a first driving rail, multiple round knife modules, a second slide, a second driving rail, multiple bottom cutter modules and at least a controller is provided. The round knife module is arranged on the first slide, each round knife module is provided with a first actuator geared with the first driving rail. Each bottom cutter module is arranged on the second slide corresponding to a position of one of the round knife modules, each bottom cutter module is provided with a second actuator geared with the second driving rail. Each first actuator and the corresponding second actuator are electrically connected with the corresponding controller. The round knife module and the bottom cutter module are respectively moved by individual first actuator and second actuator. While the round knife module and the bottom cutter module are moving, material could be fed between them.

The control terminal provides a control signal to control a transformer. A cycle of the control signal includes a charging period, a discharging period, and an adjusting period. The control circuitry controls a primary winding of the transformer to receive power during the charging period and controls a secondary winding of the transformer to discharge power to the LED light source during the discharging period. The control circuitry further varies a frequency of the control signal periodically by controlling the adjusting period.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a combined splitting blade, including a cutting ring and a fixed disc. The cutting ring is provided with a through-hole for the flange and a blade formed on the periphery. The fixed disc is partially covered on the upper and lower end surfaces around the through-hole of the cutting ring by die-casting. The cutting ring is clamped tightly. The fixed disc and the cutting ring are made of different materials. As the cutting ring and fixed disc are not prefabricated nor made of the same kind of materials, thus simplifying the fabrication process of the blade to save the cost of materials, processing and fabrication time. In addition, the combined splitting blade is fabricated by of rolling.
