A memory device includes a memory cell, a bit line, a word line, a select transistor, a fuse element, and a heater. The bit line is connected to the memory cell. The word line is connected to the memory cell. The select transistor is disposed in the memory cell. A gate of the select transistor is connected to the word line. The fuse element is disposed in the memory cell. The fuse element is connected to the bit line and the select transistor. The heater is configured to heat the fuse element.

Abstract: A quantum dot oil-based ink is provided. The quantum dot oil-based ink includes a quantum dot material, a dispersing solvent, a viscosity modifier, and a surface tension modifying solution. The viscosity modifier includes an aromatic hydrocarbon having 10 to 18 carbon atoms or a linear olefin having 16 to 20 carbon atoms. When the face temperature is within a human body temperature range and the face image complies with the trained model, the edge device confirms that the detected face is a face of a real person and the real person is a known user.

The service is later provided by the communications device to the peer communications device when both devices are available to communicate. By utilizing an always-on AP to announce service availability and to exchange service parameters, fast service discovery can be achieved with low power consumption for both service advertisers and service seekers.

A mobile communications device joins a self-managed communications network, which does not have a centralized management entity. The mobile device receives a request from a peer communications device about publishing a service or subscribing to a service in accordance with a first schedule. The mobile device announce the request on behalf of the peer communications device in accordance with a second schedule. The service is then provided by a service advertiser to a service seeker in accordance with a third schedule.

Abstract: A linking method employed by a first communication device includes: transmitting a first network domain information to a second communication device before/after a link with the second communication device is established; receiving a second network domain information from the second communication device before/after the link with the second communication device is established; and when the first communication device is decided to be a group owner before/after the link with the second communication device is established, determining a network domain address of the link according to the first network domain information and the second network domain information.
