    Abstract: A photolithography system includes a variable-volume buffer tank, a dispensing system connected to the buffer tank, and a valve configured to release gas from a head space of the buffer tank while blocking the release of liquid from the head space. A storage container has an opening at the bottom and drains to the buffer tank through that opening. The buffer tank has a storage capacity sufficient to receive the full contents of the storage container. The system supplies chemical solutions to the dispensing system while keeping the chemical solutions from contact with air and other gases.

    Abstract: Differing from the startup temperature of partial oxidation of butane (POB) reaction stimulated by conventional rhodium-based or nickel-based catalyst reaches 700° C. or above, the present invention particularly discloses a novel catalyst consisting of fluorite-type oxide support and Ni active metal for being applied in hydrogen production by low temperature partial oxidation of light hydrocarbon (POLH), so as to effectively reduce the startup temperature of the POLH reaction. In the present invention, the said light hydrocarbon means methane, ethane, propane, or butane. Moreover, a variety of experimental data have proved that this novel catalyst makes the startup temperature of POB reactions be lowered to 250° C. On the other hand, the experimental data have also proved that, the carbon deposition formed on the catalyst during POB reaction can be obviously improved after adding a few amount of platinum into the constituting ingredients of the novel catalyst.

Therefore, the traffic prompting system can provide travelling message for a driver effectively and timely, which can make the driver safety.

    Abstract: A monitoring system for monitoring running state of an electronic device includes a fan, a Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) register, a Baseboard Management Controller (BMC), a temperature sensor, and a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) chipset. The PWM register is coupled to the fan and stores a pulse width value of a driven voltage which drives the fan to rotate. The Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) is coupled to the PWM register. The temperature sensor is coupled to the BMC and senses an inner temperature of an electronic device. The BIOS chipset is coupled to the BMC and adjusts the pulse width value of the driven voltage based on the inner temperature sensed by the temperature sensor to vary a rotation speed of the fan.

    Abstract: An auto focus (AF) method adapted to an AF apparatus is provided. The AF method includes following steps. A first image is captured by using the first image sensor. At least one characteristic is detected based on the first image, and whether the characteristic meets a predetermined condition is determined. If the characteristic meets the predetermined condition, a focus depth is calculated according to a three-dimensional (3D) depth information and movement of a first lens of the first sensor is driven according to the focus depth for focusing. If the characteristic does not meet the predetermined condition, the first lens is driven to move for many times to obtain a plurality of contrast values, such that movement of the first lens is driven according to the contrast values for focusing. The processing unit performs an application to provide a source medium, wherein a rich media comment function of the application can be activated to provide multiple interactive objects for selection and then trigger the recording mode. The application uploads the sensing data to the server after the recording mode finishes. The server analyzes the sensing data and accordingly modifies the selected interactive object, combines the source medium with the modified interactive object into a rendered medium, and then delivers the rendered medium to the application.

At least one target object is selected and photographed by a first image sensor and a second image sensor to generate a three-dimensional (3D) depth map. A block covering at least one initial focusing point is selected. The 3D depth map is queried for reading depth information of a plurality of pixels in the block. It is determined whether depth information of the pixels is enough to operate. If yes, a first statistics operation is performed, and focusing depth information is obtained. If not, the position of the block is moved or the size of the block is enlarged to obtain the focusing depth information. A focusing position is obtained according to the focusing depth information and the AF apparatus is driven to perform an AF procedure according to the focusing position.
