    Abstract: A seamless double layered porous woven structure comprises a seamless circular inner layer structure and a porous outer layer structure. The outer layer structure is weaved upon the seamless circular inner layer structure to provide a seamless double layered tubular structure, which is further gaited together with yarns at the edges of the double layered tubular structure. The inner layer structure is made of circular weaving process while the outer layer structure is made of warp weaving process. There are several porous regions and jacquard regions at the outer layer structure.

    Abstract: A light-guiding decorative lamination sheet includes a transparent substrate with concave and convex structures on the surface. An edge is thicker than center of the substrate. The cross section of the edge is in horn shape. The substrate is coated with a printed layer and a hard coat on the concave and convex surface with an adhesion layer on the other side of the substrate. The hard coat side faces to one surface of a pair of match molds and followed by a resin injection process unto the adhesion layer. The other surface of the mold may optionally have micro-structures that can be transferred to the surface of injected resin. An LED placed beside the horn shape edge forms the corresponding light-guiding composite sheet. A heat resistant layer, with softening temperature at least 10° C. higher than the injected molten resin, may be placed underneath the adhesion layer.

The lens structures are selected from prism, half spherical, half cylindrical, pyramidal, Fresnel structure or a combination of the above. The transparent sheet is laminated on the side with reflective layer or the other side of the electric light-switching device without reflective layer. Light emitting diodes can be placed at the sides or under the transparent sheet.

The transparent substrate is a thermoplastic film. The heat softening temperature of concave or convex structures is at least 50° C. higher than that of thermoplastic film. An additional reflective layer was applied on top or bottom of printed layer. The reflective layer can be reflective powder, metalized film or high reflective index materials. The concave or convex structure lens is prism, half sphere, half cylindrical, pyramidal, Fresnel lens structures or the combination of above.

    Abstract: This invention describes a method of stereoscopic printing and its application in decorative plate and light box. The stereoscopic printing method includes a substrate with concave and convex surface micro structures followed by printing with electron beam or UV light curable ink to retain the surface morphology after printing. The printing resolution is between 5 and 20 times the density of concave and convex surface structure to create the decorative plate with visual depth perception. If the micro structured substrate is transparent, a high contrast image on a decorative plate or a light box can be obtained by integration of a reflective film or a back light unit.
