    Abstract: A method of fabricating a device includes providing a fin having an epitaxial layer stack with a plurality of semiconductor channel layers interposed by a plurality of dummy layers. In some embodiments, the method further includes exposing lateral surfaces of the plurality of semiconductor channel layers and the plurality of dummy layers within a source/drain region of the semiconductor device. In some examples, the method further includes etching the exposed lateral surfaces of the plurality of dummy layers to form recesses and forming an inner spacer within each of the recesses, where the inner spacer includes a sidewall profile having a convex shape. In some cases, and after forming the inner spacer, the method further includes performing a sheet trim process to tune the sidewall profile of the inner spacer such that the convex shape of the sidewall profile becomes a substantially vertical sidewall surface after the sheet trim process.

The etch stop layer has a first surface facing the first dielectric layer and a second surface facing away from the first dielectric layer, and a concentration of carbon in the etch stop layer periodically varies from the first surface to the second surface. The second dielectric layer is over the etch stop layer. The second conductor is in the second dielectric layer and the etch stop layer and electrically connected to the first conductor.

    Abstract: A wall mount assembly includes a case body, a latch member, a fixing plate, and a fixation member. A slit is formed on a rear surface of the case body. A first fixation hole is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the case body and communicates with the slit. The latch member is disposed on the rear surface. The fixing plate includes a latch hole and a lug. The latch member passes through the latch hole and engages with the fixing plate. The lug is inserted into the slit. When the latch member is located at a closed end of a sliding slot portion of the latch hole, a projection of the first fixation hole on the lug overlaps a second fixation hole of the lug. The fixation member is inserted into the first and the second fixation holes from the outer peripheral surface.

    Abstract: A micro coaxial wire having a drawing device includes a signal terminal, an insulating main body, a conducting body and a drawing device. The signal terminal clamping a coaxial wire is disposed in the insulating main body. The conducting body has a barrel section for accommodating the insulating main body, and external sections that can be bent toward the barrel section. The invention is characterized that, the barrel section is provided with a pivotal opening of each of two sides thereof. The drawing device is provided with protrusions to correspond with the pivotal openings. The protrusions are pivotally connected with the pivotal openings, such that a drawing space is formed between the drawing device and an upper portion of the connector. A user may place a finger or a tool having a pointed end at the drawing space to apply an upward force for pulling the drawing device.
