  • Patent number: 11982019
Abstract: A crystal growth doping apparatus and a crystal growth doping method are provided. The crystal growth doping apparatus includes a crystal growth furnace and a doping device that includes a feeding tube inserted to the furnace body along an oblique insertion direction, and a storage cover and a gate tube that are disposed in the feeding tube. The feeding tube extends from an outer surface thereof to form a placement opening, and the placement opening is recessed from an edge thereof to form an upper recessed portion and a lower recessed portion along the oblique insertion direction. The storage cover includes a storage tank and a handle. When the storage cover is disposed in the gate tube body, the gate tube body is configured to isolate an inner space of the feeding tube from the placement opening.

  • Patent number: 8541539
Abstract: A method for preparing a water-soluble polyamide, includes copolymerizing reactive monomers including caprolactam; ethylene glycol bis(2-aminoethyl)ether or ethylene glycol bis(3-aminopropyl)ether; and 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt, wherein a molar ratio of caprolactam:ethylene glycol bis(2-aminoethyl)ether or ethylene glycol bis(3 -aminopropyl)ether:5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt is about 0:1:1 to about 5:1:1, advantageously about 1.85:1:1. Copolymerizing takes place at a copolymerization temperature of about 222-250° C. and a copolymerization pressure of about 3 Bar. The method further includes maintaining a temperature of about 222-250° C. for about 2-3 hours under normal pressure after the copolymerization step. The water-soluble polyamide has a solubility in water of about 10-70%.

  • Patent number: 7052765
Abstract: A method for manufacturing antibacterial polyester master batches and fibers containing nano-silver particles, the method includes the acts of: mixing a reducing agent, glycol and a silver precursor together to compose a first mixture; esterifying terephthalic acid and glycol to compose a second mixture containing block polymers; mixing the first and second mixtures to make the block polymers further polymerize to achieve a polyester liquid containing nano-silver particles; optionally, cooling the polyester liquid to solidify; and selectively, granulating the solidified polyester to obtain a polyester master batches or melting spinning the polyester to obtain polyester fibers. By reducing the silver ions during polymerizing reaction, the reduced silver particles are separated by polymerized polyester molecules so that the silver particles are evenly distributed inside the polyester master batches without coagulation.
