    Abstract: An electronic device includes a host, a display, a sliding plate, and a keyboard. The host has an operating surface. The display is pivoted to the host. The sliding plate is slidably disposed in the host, where the display is mechanically coupled to the sliding plate, and the sliding plate includes a plat portion and a recess portion that are arranged side by side. The keyboard is integrated to the host. The keyboard includes a key structure, where the key structure includes a key cap and a reciprocating element, and the key cap is exposed from the operating surface of the host. The reciprocating element is disposed between the key cap and the sliding plate and has a first end connected to the key cap and a second end contacting the sliding plate. The second end is located on a sliding path of the plat portion and the recess portion.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for renewable-energy allocation based on reinforcement learning for an energy aggregator having an energy storage system (ESS) to coordinate renewable-energy allocation between energy suppliers and energy demanders. In the method, historical power-generation data of each supplier is collected and adapted to generate a renewable-energy index representing uncertainty of renewable energy. Multiple market indexes related to renewable-energy market dynamics are collected and integrated with the renewable-energy index and electricity information of the ESS to generate multiple states of a Markov decision process. The states are inputted to a reinforcement learning model to determine a price for the suppliers and the demanders. According to a supply amount and a demand amount proposed by the suppliers and the demanders in response to the price, the ESS coordinates the supply and demand of the renewable energy, and the reinforcement learning model is updated.

    Abstract: A control apparatus for rotating device includes a plurality information sensors and a controller. The information sensors are coupled to the rotating device for sensing temperature information, acoustic information and vibration information. The controller receives the temperature information, the acoustic information and the vibration information at a plurality of consecutive sampling time points to respectively obtain a plurality of sampled temperature values, a plurality of sampled noise values, and a plurality of sampled vibration values, during a time period. The controller generates a plurality of status signals corresponding to the sampling time points according to the sampled temperature values, the sampled noise values and the sampled vibration values. The controller generates a control signal according to the status signals, and transports the control signal to control an operation of the rotating device.

The temperature detectors are disposed on the brake system, and the acoustic detectors and the rotational detectors are disposed adjacent to the wheel assemblies for respectively detecting temperature information and sound information of the wheel assemblies and the brake system, and speed information of the vehicle. The analysis host is coupled with the above-mentioned detectors to receive and analyze the temperature, the sound and the speed information, so as to generate alarm information. The alarm device generates breakdown information according to the alarm information.
