  • Patent number: 11976374
Abstract: A method and device of removing and recycling metals from a mixing acid solution, includes adsorbing a mixing acid solution with a pH value of ?1 to 4 and a cobalt ion concentration of 100 to 1,000 mg/L by at least two cation resins in series setting to the cobalt ion concentration in the mixing acid solution is less than 10 mg/L, and then adjusting the pH value of the mixing acid solution after adsorption to meet a discharge standard, wherein the particle size of the at least two cation resins in series setting is 150˜1,200 ?m. After the cation resins are saturated by adsorption, regenerating the cation resins by sulfuric acid to form a cobalt sulfate solution, and then electrolytically treating the cobalt sulfate solution to obtain electrolytic cobalt and sulfuric acid electrolyte. The operation process is simple without complicated equipment, and it can effectively recycle metals from mixing acid solutions.

  • Patent number: 11963369
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit has a plurality of bit-line stacks disposed over a substrate and respectively including a plurality of bit-lines stacked onto one another. A data storage structure is over the plurality of bit-line stacks and a selector is over the data storage structure. A word-line is over the selector. The selector is configured to selectively allow current to pass between the plurality of bit-lines and the word-line. The plurality of bit-line stacks include a first bit-line stack, a second bit-line stack, and a third bit-line stack. The first and third bit-line stacks are closest bit-line stacks to opposing sides of the second bit-line stack. The second bit-line stack is separated from the first bit-line stack by a first distance and is further separated from the third bit-line stack by a second distance larger than the first distance.

  • Publication number: 20090315500
Abstract: A control device for setting and controlling movement of a table of a milling machine includes an operative switch operable to make a central processor output pulse signals to drive a servomotor for moving the table to a plurality of processing positions in sequence. An analogue/digital converter includes an input end receiving analogue signals and outputs digital signals containing pulse wave amount data indicative of the movement of the table to each processing position. The central processor receives the digital signals from the analogue/digital converter. A memory setter is operable to make the register store the pulse wave amount data indicative of the movement of the table to the processing positions in sequence. A position access button is operable to make the central processor output pulse signals containing the pulse wave amount data indicative of the processing positions to the servomotor, moving the table to the processing positions in sequence.

  • Patent number: 7513723
Abstract: A travel limit detection/control device for a milling machine table driven by a screw rod includes a power input section driven by the screw rod, a reduction/output section coupled to and driven by the power input section, and first and second activating members for cutting power supply to the screw rod. A first travel setting member has a first end coupled to and driven by the reduction/output section and a second end that comes in contact with the first activating member when the table reaches a first travel limit. A second travel setting member has a first end coupled to and driven by the reduction/output section and a second end that comes in contact with the second activating member when the table reaches a second travel limit. Positions of the first and second travel setting members can be adjusted to change the first and second travel limits of the table.
