  • Patent number: 10427182
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle structure comprises a first body, a second body and a cover combined in order serially to form a combination, wherein a chamber is formed in an inner axial direction of the combination; and a rotor, an anti-leakage assembly and a filtering assembly mounted in the chamber in order. The filtering assembly is a combination of a core and a filter. The core has an embedding portion and a closing portion on two ends, respectively. A hollow portion connects the embedding portion to the closing portion. An air passage is formed in an axial inner portion of the embedding portion. Grooves are formed on a circumferential side surface of the closing portion. The filter is mounted in the hollow portion. The embedding portion is inserted into one end of the second body. Thus, the filtering assembly is combined with the second body by way of insertion, so that the filtering assembly can be stably positioned to facilitate the disassembly for replacement or cleaning.

  • Publication number: 20150158037
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle includes a body having an axial channel, a rotor mounted in the channel and a filtering assembly connected to the body and including a core and a filter. The core has one end being a connection end and the other end being a blocking end, and the filtering assembly has an axial inner air passage. An outlet of the air passage is disposed on the connection end. The core has a plurality of radial through holes communicating with the air passage. The filter may be fit with the connection end of the core to cover the core and to be blocked by the blocking end. The filter may be moved out of the core from the connection end. When the connection end of the core is connected to the body, the filter is restricted by the body and the blocking end and thus positioned.

  • Publication number: 20130175364
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle includes a body, a rotor and a guiding structure. The body has an inlet, an outlet and a passage connecting the inlet to the outlet. The rotor assembled in the passage has first to third sections. The second section is disposed between the first and third sections, and has an outer diameter larger than those of the first and third sections. The guiding structure formed on a surface of the second section has a helical portion and an air passage portion, which is located within a pitch of the helical portion. An external edge of the helical portion abuts upon a wall of the passage. The rotor mounted within the passage cannot generate the significant lateral displacement and raked state, and water or liquid uniformly flows through the air passage portion located on a periphery of the rotor, and the atomizing state becomes stable and uniform.

  • Publication number: 20080006721
Abstract: A mist nozzle easy to disassemble comprises a combination of a body and a locking cap; a water-stopping unit having a ball stopper and a spring is configured inside the combination of the body; and a rotator is configured between the water-stopping unit and the locking cap, the rotator has a protruding contact strip and a protruding retainer disposed on one end thereof corresponding to the water-stopping unit. When the locking cap is separated from the body, the rotator is exposed, and the moment of taking the rotator out, the protruding retainer picks out the spring and the ball stopper of the water-stopping unit as well, so that the components inside the body have the convenience of departing off that is helpful for cleaning the components.

  • Patent number: 6666386
Abstract: An atomizing spray nozzle structure comprising a main unit, a rotor and a spray nozzle, wherein the main unit and the spray nozzle are joined by thread tightening. Inside the main unit is an accommodating space. The spray nozzle has a through channel running along the axis thereof. The accommodating space is communicative with the through channel, having a rotor inside the through channel and the accommodating space, characterized in that: an end of the rotor corresponding to the accommodating space is a tapered end, and a neck is protruded from the tapered end, the length of the rotor is longer than the through channel at all circumstances, and the end with protruded neck exposed in the accommodating space of the main unit; thereby the rotor can be easily taken out for cleaning purpose after the main unit and the spray nozzle are disassembled.
