    Abstract: A photovoltaic cell module configured to convert energy of light into electric energy is provided. The photovoltaic cell module includes photovoltaic cells and at least one bus element. A first electrode of one of the photovoltaic cells is electrically connected to another of the photovoltaic cells through the bus element. Each photovoltaic cell includes a first-type semiconductor layer, a second-type semiconductor layer, and a first electrode. The second-type semiconductor layer has an interface in contact with the first-type semiconductor layer. The first-type semiconductor layer is located between the first electrode and the second-type semiconductor layer. The light enters each photovoltaic cell along a direction from the first electrode to the interface. The first electrode includes first and second electricity-collecting portions which cross with each other and belong to a single film layer. A method of fabricating a photovoltaic cell module and a photovoltaic cell are also provided.

    Abstract: A light emitting diode (LED) module package structure is described. The LED module package structure includes a metal heat dissipating board, a plurality of light emitting diode chips fixed on the metal heat dissipating board, at least one chip-scale connector fixed on the metal heat dissipating board to electrically connect to the light emitting diode chip via a bonding wire. The chip-scale connector includes a sapphire substrate, a conductive metal layer and an insulation protruding member. The insulation protruding member divides the conductive metal layer into a plurality of conductive areas. In addition, the LED module package structure can further includes a chip-scale power connector fixed in the metal heat dissipating board to connect the chip-scale connector or the light emitting diode chip via the bonding wire.

    Abstract: An illustrator with light emitting diodes provided in the invention includes a rear housing having a cavity. A front housing is disposed in the cavity, wherein the front housing includes through holes. An illuminating module is sandwiched between the rear housing and the front housing, wherein the illuminating module includes a substrate and light emitting diodes. Two opposite surfaces of the substrate are in contact with the rear housing and the front housing respectively and directly. The light emitting diodes are arranged on a surface of the substrate in an array arrangement and extending outward the through holes in a one-to-one relationship.

    Abstract: A solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, an emitter layer, an anti-reflective coating, a first electrode, a second electrode, and a first light conversion layer. The emitter layer is formed on a light-receiving side of the semiconductor substrate. A p-n junction is formed between the emitter layer and the semiconductor substrate. The anti-reflective coating is formed on the emitter layer. The first electrode is connected to the emitter layer. The second electrode is formed on a back-lighted side of the semiconductor substrate. The first light conversion layer is formed on the anti-reflective coating. The first light conversion layer absorbs a first light with a first wavelength and emits a second light with a second wavelength, thereby performing a photoelectric converting operation.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a selective emitter of a solar cell is provided. The method includes steps of providing a substrate; forming an emitter layer on the substrate, wherein the emitter layer has a heavily doped portion located on a top thereof and a relatively lightly doped portion located at a bottom thereof; forming a patterned mask layer on the emitter layer; and performing a wet etching for exposing a region of the relatively lightly doped portion which is not covered by the patterned mask layer.
