  • Publication number: 20240397187
Abstract: A method for tuning a plurality of image signal processor (ISP) parameters of a camera includes performing a first iteration. The first iteration includes extracting image features from an initial image, arranging a tuning order of the plurality of ISP parameters of the camera according to at least the plurality of ISP parameters and the image features, tuning a first set of the ISP parameters according to the tuning order to generate a first tuned set of the ISP parameters, and replacing the first set of the ISP parameters with the first tuned set of the ISP parameters in the plurality of ISP parameters to generate a plurality of updated ISP parameters.

  • Publication number: 20190382810
Abstract: A method for producing lactic acid from a biomass-based material includes: cultivating a strain of Bacillus spp. or recombinant Candida spp. capable of yielding lactic acid by consumption of hexose and pentose in a seed medium containing molasses and corn steep liquor, so as to obtain a seed culture of the strain in the seed medium; and fermenting the biomass-based material with the seed culture of the strain. The biomass contains a fermentable sugar. Genomic DNA of the recombinant Candida spp. includes a gene encoding lactate dehydrogenase, and pdc gene in the genomic DNA of the recombinant Candida spp. is deleted, disrupted or disabled.

  • Patent number: 9127323
Abstract: The invention utilizes cloning and transformation techniques in combination with mutation and strain taming techniques to obtain yeasts having high xylose consumption rate and ethanol yield. The cloning and transformation used in the invention are to transform xylose metabolism genes to yeasts to solve the problem that some yeast strains cannot utilize xylose to produce ethanol. The mutation and strain taming used in the invention are to increase xylose consumption rate and ethanol yield to solve the problem of low rate and yield. By combining the above-mentioned technical means, the invention unexpectedly obtain a mutant having high xylose consumption rate and ethanol yield.
