Abstract: A miter saw includes a worktable and a cutting unit. The cutting unit includes a movable arm pivotably connected with the worktable, a saw blade, a triggering switch and a tilt power-off module. The movable arm defines a reference plane which intersects a working surface of the worktable at an included angle. The tilt power-off module is disposed to detect the included angle and shift the triggering switch between a power-on state and a power-off state. The triggering switch is shifted to the power-off state when the tilt power-off module detects that the included angle is less than a predetermined breaking angle so as to prevent rotation of the saw blade in a folded position for safety purposes.

Abstract: A sawing machine having an angle indicator has a worktable, a pivot shaft, a saw blade holder fastened to the pivot shaft as the pivoting center thereof and having a motor, and a saw blade connected to the saw blade holder, rotatable by the motor and passing through the worktable. The angle indicator has an angle indicating member having an index zone and a following member. The following member is fixed on the pivot shaft and connected to the angle indicating member. Thereby the saw blade is moved with the saw blade holder, and the following member is pivoted with the saw blade holder by the pivot shaft to result in movement of the index zone when the saw blade holder pivots, so that the displacement of the index zone corresponds to the movement of the saw blade.

Abstract: The present invention is an angle indicator for a sawing machine. The sawing machine has a worktable, a pivot shaft, a saw blade holder fastened to the pivot shaft as the pivoting center thereof and having a motor, and a saw blade connected to the saw blade holder, rotatable by the motor and passing through the worktable. The cabinet has a platform connected to the tool body, a bottom plate, a peripheral wall defining an accommodation space and having a top part surrounding a periphery of the platform, and a bottom part surrounding a periphery of the bottom plate, and a door provided at one side of the peripheral wall. The area surrounded by the periphery of the bottom plate is greater than the area surrounded by the periphery of the platform.
