Abstract: Disclosed herein is an oven that is capable of discharging hot air generated when cooling a door and heat generated in a cooking chamber through the lower end of the door. The oven includes a door having at least two separated air channels. The air channels comprise at least one first air channel to discharge hot air generated when cooling the door through the lower end of the door, and at least one second air channel to introduce air through the lower end of the door such that the door is cooled. In the housing is mounted a circulating fan. Between the circulating fan and the air channels is connected a channel connecting unit. As the circulating fan is rotated, air flows along the second air channel to cool the door. Hot air generated when cooling the door is introduced into the first air channel through the channel connecting unit, and is then discharged out of the oven through the lower end of the door.

Abstract: A heating apparatus for cooking using steam and a method of controlling the same. The heating apparatus includes a main body having a cooking chamber; a steam-generating device for supplying steam to the cooking chamber; and a water supply device for supplying water to the steam-generating device, having a water bucket for containing water; a water bucket-supporting device installed on the main body for supporting the water bucket, and including a space for containing an inlet of the water bucket such that the inlet can be soaked in the water when the water bucket is inserted into the water bucket-supporting device such that the inlet of the water bucket faces a bottom of the bucket-supporting device; a water supply pump for supplying the water of the water bucket-supporting device to the steam-generating device; and water supply pipes for guiding the water from the water bucket-supporting device to the steam-generating device.

Abstract: An oven, effectively and rapidly cooling a door by passing a sufficient quantity of cooling air through the door, is disclosed. The oven includes an outer case, an inner case, a door opening and closing the inner case, and a blower chamber having a cooling fan and provided at the upper side of the inner case. The door includes an inner plate and a frame to form an opened lower end. The frame has holes formed in the upper side to flowing air discharged by the cooling fan between the inner plate and an outer plate. A vent hole communicating with the blower chamber is provided in the upper end of the cooking chamber to pass hot air of the cooking chamber through the vent hole. Around the vent hole, a partition member is provided for preventing the hot air from being mixed with air discharged by cooling fan.

Abstract: A heating apparatus for cooking, which ventilates the insides of cooking chambers after the cooking of food in the cooking chambers is completed, to rapidly cook the insides of the cooking chambers, and selectively ventilates one out of the cooking chambers. The heating apparatus for cooking includes a main body including a plurality of cooking chambers, which are separable from each other; a plurality of heaters for respectively heating the cooking chambers; and a ventilating device for ventilating the cooking chambers by introducing external air, wherein the ventilating device includes an air blowing unit for blowing the external air to the insides of the cooking chambers, and a flow change unit for selectively supplying air blown by the air blowing unit to the cooking chambers. In addition, methods to achieve the above are disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing the crystal of human derived TRAIL protein and TRAIL receptor protein sDR5 complex and the crystal of TRAIL-sDR5 complex prepared by the method. The present invention also TRAIL relates to a three-dimensional structure of TRAIL protein in the form of complex with TRAIL receptor sDR5 as well as TRAIL protein itself, and specific residues existed in the contact central region of AA″ loop. The three-dimensional structure of TRAIL-sDR5 complex and the specific residues in the AA″ loop of the present invention can be effectively used for not only the development of TRAIL protein having the better cytotoxic activity and having the improved receptor biding affinity, which specifically kills viral infected cells or cancer cells but also molecular strategy for regulating the binding specificity between TNF and TNFR family.
