    Abstract: A memory cell structure includes a transistor structure and a capacitor structure, where the capacitor structure includes a hydrogen absorption layer. The hydrogen absorption layer absorbs hydrogen, which prevents or reduces the likelihood of the hydrogen diffusing into an underlying metal-oxide channel of the transistor structure. In this way, the hydrogen absorption layer minimizes and/or reduces the likelihood of hydrogen contamination in the metal-oxide channel, which may enable a low current leakage to be achieved for the memory cell structure and reduces the likelihood of data corruption and/or failure of the memory cell structure, among other examples.

    Abstract: A leakage-based physical unclonable function (L-PUF) device, a L-PUF array and applications thereof are provided. The L-PUF device includes a precharge circuit, two leaky devices and a sense amplifier. The two leaky devices are electrically connected to the precharge circuit respectively. Each leaky device includes a transistor having a control end electrically connected to ground, a first end electrically connected to the precharge circuit and a second end electrically connected to ground. The sense amplifier is electrically connected to the first end of each of the two leaky devices, and may generate a first output signal and a second output signal. The sense amplifier may switch between a first state and a second state based on a voltage difference between the first leaky device and the second leaky device, which is determined by a leakage current of the first leaky device and a leakage current of the second leaky device.

    Abstract: A self-timed readout driver for a leakage-based physical unclonable function (L-PUF) device, a L-PUF array using the same, and applications thereof are provided. The self-timed readout driver includes a precharge transistor, an inverter and a leaky device. The precharge transistor has a control end, a first end and a second end. The inverter is electrically connected to the second end of the precharge transistor. The leaky device having a control end electrically connected to ground, a first end electrically connected to the second end of the precharge transistor, and a second end electrically connected to ground. The control end of the precharge transistor is configured to receive an input signal. The inverter is configured to generate a sense enable (SE) signal. The input signal and the SE signal may be used as two input signals for the L-PUF device.

The Gaussian beam illuminates the first element, and the ring-shaped beam is illuminates the second element. The stepping motor is configured to adjust a size of the ring-shaped beam. The temperature sensor is configured to monitor temperatures of the first element and a temperature of the second element. The controller is electrically connected to the temperature sensor, the laser source module, and the polarization adjusting assembly.

A memory system may perform a read operation in which the memory system generates a first signal and a second signal to couple a first sense component and a second sense component with a global access line, respectively. The first sense component may be coupled with one or more memory cells via an access line, and the second sense component may be configured to determine one or more logic values of the one or more memory cells based on the coupling with the global access line. The memory system may support a self-timed termination of the first signal to decouple the first sense component from the global access line. The memory system may generate a third signal to terminate the first signal based on determining the one or more logic values.
