    Abstract: A method for forming an ultrafine-pitch all-copper interconnect structure is provided. Nano-copper particles are mixed with a solvent, a dispersant and a viscosity modifier to prepare a nano-copper paste. A chip with a preset number of copper pillars having a preset diameter and a substrate are selected, cleaned and pretreated. The chip is sucked and flipped by a bonding machine to make the copper pillars face outward. The chip is sucked through a suction nozzle of the bonding machine and dipped in the nano-copper paste. A protective gas is fed, and the copper pillars are aligned with copper pads on the substrate through an optical system of the bonding machine, bonded with the substrate at a preset pressure and temperature under ultrasonication, and cooled at room temperature to obtain the interconnect structure. An ultrafine-pitch all-copper interconnect structure fabricated by the method is also provided.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an etching method with a metal hard mask. The method is performed on a wafer surface and includes sequentially forming a metal hard mask layer and at least one functional film layer on a wafer surface in a direction away from the wafer surface. The method includes performing a plurality of etching processes on the at least one functional layer and the metal hard mask layer sequentially in a direction close to the wafer surface. An etching gas adopted by at least one etching process includes a hydrogen element and a fluorine element. A ratio of a content of the hydrogen element in the etching gas to a content of the fluorine element in the etching gas is smaller than a predetermined threshold to reduce generation of a byproduct of hydrogen fluorine.

The fixation and registration calibration system achieves fixation of the detected object for MPI, flexible spatial position calibration based on magnetic particles, and stable and reliable multimodal MPI.

    Abstract: In one configuration, multiple TRPs, or base stations such a next generation node B (gNB) base stations send different transport blocks (TBs) to a user equipment (UE) at the same time or at different times. In another configuration, multiple base stations may send the same data at the same time to a UE. When the same data is being sent by multiple base stations to a UE, the UE must be notified by some mechanism. Disclosed herein are multiple mechanism for notifying the UE that multiple base stations will be transmitting toe same data at the same time. When there is a backhaul between a TRP and another, each TRP can choose to send the same data stream to increase the reliability of the transmission when, for example, the UE receives at a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.
