In an embodiment, a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: forming first nanostructures from a first material over a substrate; forming second nanostructures from a second material different from the first material over the substrate, wherein the first nanostructures and the second nanostructures alternate vertically above the substrate; removing the first nanostructures; after the removing the first nanostructures forming an interposer in between the second nanostructures; after the forming the interposer forming a first source/drain region over the substrate and in direct physical contact with the second nanostructures; and removing the interposer exposing surfaces of each of the second nanostructures.

    Abstract: A composite mounting type electrical connector includes an insulating shell, a plurality of terminals and a plurality of shielding members. The plurality of terminals are arranged in two rows parallel to each other, and a plurality of shielding members are arranged between the two rows of terminals and separated from each other by a predetermined distance to form insulation. The two rows of terminals are soldered to a circuit board by surface mounting technology and dual in line package process respectively. The ground terminals in the two columns of terminals are commonly connected to a shield spacer to form a common ground structure. The power terminals in the two columns of terminals are commonly connected to another shielding member to form a parallel connecting structure. The shielding members produce a shielding effect between two rows of terminals, which can prevent crosstalk therebetween.

    Abstract: A back side illumination (BSI) image sensor includes an epitaxial substrate, a deep trench isolation (DTI) structure from one surface to the other surface of the epitaxial substrate, a buried oxide layer on the epitaxial substrate, an epitaxial layer, a well region, a floating diffusion (FD) region, a shallow trench isolation (STI) structure, and vertical transfer gates (VTGs). The buried oxide layer has openings exposing the epitaxial substrate, and the epitaxial layer is formed on the epitaxial substrate and covers the buried oxide layer. The well region is in the epitaxial layer and the epitaxial substrate. The FD region is in the well region above the buried oxide layer, and a width of the buried oxide layer is larger than that of the FD region. The STI structure is in the epitaxial layer. The VTGs are in the epitaxial layer and through the openings of the buried oxide layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device that is capable of being driven with low power consumption. A first thin-film transistor including a polycrystalline semiconductor layer and a second thin-film transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer are disposed in an active area, thereby reducing power consumption. At least one opening formed in a bending area is formed to have the same depth as any one of contact holes formed in the active area, thereby making it possible to form the opening and the contact holes through the same process and consequently simplifying the process of manufacturing the device. Since a high potential supply line and a low potential supply line overlap each other with a protective film formed of an inorganic insulation material interposed therebetween, short-circuiting of the high potential supply line and the low potential supply line may be prevented.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to dynamic antenna array reconfiguration and signaling in millimeter wave bands. A user equipment (UE) may detect an antenna array change condition. The UE may transmit a request for beam training for an antenna array configuration in response to the detecting. The request for beam training may include a requested antenna array configuration for the UE and an indication of beam weights to use with the requested antenna array configuration. A base station may determine whether to grant or deny the requested antenna array configuration for the UE. The UE may receive, from the base station, an indication of an antenna array configuration for the UE. The base station may transmit the number of reference signals as a set of contiguous channel state information reference signals (CSI-RS). The UE may train the reconfigured active antenna array configuration based on the reference signals.
