  • Publication number: 20240120405
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a gate structure on a substrate, in which the gate structure includes a main branch extending along a first direction on the substrate and a sub-branch extending along a second direction adjacent to the main branch. The semiconductor device also includes a first doped region overlapping the main branch and the sub-branch according to a top view and a second doped region overlapping the first doped region.

  • Publication number: 20240113010
Abstract: A semiconductor device is disclosed herein. The semiconductor device includes a routing structure. The routing structure has an intermediate conductive routing layer. The intermediate conductive routing layer includes a first mesh conductive layer formed in a predetermined second region of the semiconductor device and a second mesh conductive layer formed in a predetermined first region of the semiconductor device. The first mesh conductive layer and the second mesh conductive layer are electrically isolated from each other. The intermediate conductive routing layer further includes multiple first conductive islands formed in the predetermined first region and multiple second conductive islands formed in the predetermined second region.

  • Publication number: 20050123996
Abstract: Compositions, methods, and kits are provided for efficiently generating and screening a library of highly diverse protein complexes for their ability to bind to other proteins or oligonucleotide sequences. In one aspect of the invention, a library of expression vectors is provided for expressing the library of protein complexes. The library comprises a first nucleotide sequence encoding a first polypeptide subunit; and a second nucleotide sequence encoding a second polypeptide subunit. The first and second nucleotide sequences each independently vary within the library of expression vectors. In addition, the first and second polypeptide subunit are expressed as separate proteins which self-assemble to form a protein complex, such as a double-chain antibody fragment (dcFv or Fab) and a fully assembled antibody, in cells into which the library of expression vectors are introduced.

  • Publication number: 20030198947
Abstract: The invention relates to a new group of viruses, designated SVI. Isolated SVI viruses, polynucleotides and proteins from SVI viruses, and antibodies which bind SVI virus and SVI viral proteins are provided. The polynucleotides, proteins, and antibodies of the invention may be used to detect SVI virus or infection by SVI virus in a susceptible individual. Additionally, polynucleotides of the invention may be inserted into recombinant expression vectors recombinant production of viral proteins.
