When the safety switch is not operated, the driving unit cannot drive the blade to rotate. During the period when the rotating member rotates to drive the blade from a working position to a folded position, a free end of the safety member can be rotated downward under the action of gravity, so that the safety member can rotate to an anti-touch position where the free end is relatively close to the safety switch so that the safety switch cannot be operated, and the driving unit cannot drive the blade to rotate, which can avoid accidentally touching the blade to rotate.
