The first isolation structure and the second isolation structure are disposed in the substrate. The gate structure is disposed on the substrate, at least a portion of the first isolation structure, and at least a portion of the second isolation structure. The first source and drain region and the second source and drain region are located in the substrate on two sides of the first isolation structure and the second isolation structure. The depth of the first isolation structure is greater than the depth of the second isolation structure.

When receiving the vocabulary and the definition of the vocabulary from the user device, the natural language processing model is used to search the synonym of the vocabulary from the data governance dictionary according to the definition of the vocabulary; after providing the synonym to the user device, feedback information about the synonym is received from the user device, and the feedback information is used as the token of the vocabulary for the natural language processing model.

    Abstract: A public transport vehicle charging system is applied to multiple charging stations and an electric vehicle. The public transport vehicle charging system includes a server communicatively connected to the charging stations and the electric vehicle. The server is configured to establish a charging decision model according to multiple historical conditions and a transport schedule. The server is configured to calculate multiple ideal decisions according to the historical conditions and the transport schedule, so as to adjust multiple parameters in the charging decision model. When the electric vehicle drives toward a first charging station according to the transport schedule, the server is configured to input a current condition into the charging decision model, so as to selectively charge the electric vehicle by the first charging station. The current condition includes a current remaining power and a current position of the electric vehicle.

During a first period, the spindle motor control signal level is controlled to produce the largest reversing torque permitted by the spindle motor for braking purpose. During a second period, the spindle motor control signal level decreases gradually to approach to a lock level that is smaller than that for actuating the spindle motor, so that the reversing torque is also decreasing gradually.
