    Abstract: A self-drilling screw includes a leading section having a drill body and opposite discharge grooves formed on the drill body. The drill body and the discharge grooves meet at cutting edges. On the drill body are formed two blade portions connected to the cutting edges and tapering at respective second tips. The blade portion has a second included angle of not more than 50 degrees. Between the blade portions is formed a drilling portion terminating at a first tip and having a first included angle of not more than 60 degrees. Two opposite concave surfaces each extend from the drilling portion to each blade portion. The first tip and the second tips are situated at different places. Accordingly, the end of the leading section presents a shape of a curved bow riser to cut quickly and help quick removal of chips, thereby decreasing resistance and preventing the cracking problem.

Channels are recessedly formed on an outer surface of the implant. Each channel includes pore units joined one another in a row. The peripheral wall has first projecting units formed thereon to present a surface with concavities and convexities.     Abstract: An implant device includes an implant with a threaded portion and a drilling portion and a positioning hole respectively formed at two ends of the implant. Pores are recessed into a surface portion of the implant. Each pore has a peripheral wall. The peripheral wall and the surface portion meet an end edge. Adjacent end edges and peripheral walls are joined to cause adjacent pores to communicate one after another, thereby forming communicating channels. When the implant is fastened to a target part, cells derived from the target part are quickly attached to the end edges and enter the channels to attain a smooth adhesion and proliferation. The proliferated cells climb between the pores and channels and become linked to hold the implant firmly and enhance the combination between the implant and the target part, thereby shortening the convalescence period of the target part.

    Abstract: A screw includes a shank, a head connected thereto, a drilling portion opposite to the head, a first threaded section spirally formed on the shank, and a leading threaded section spirally extending upwards from the drilling portion. The two threaded section are disconnected so that a valley is formed between them. At least one cutting unit protrudes from the valley and has two ends connected to the first threaded section and the leading threaded section respectively. The leading threaded section assists the drilling portion in cutting and drilling into an object while screwing, and the cutting unit protruding from the valley severs fibers which are not cut by the leading threaded section completely to prevent the entanglement of the fibers. The valley helps accommodate and evacuate cut chips. Therefore, the drilling resistance is reduced effectively to increase the screwing efficiency.

    Abstract: A speedy-screwing screw includes a shank, a head connected thereto, a drilling portion opposite to the head, a plurality of main threads and auxiliary threads disposed on the shank and extending in opposite directions. Each auxiliary thread has a plurality of cutting sections, each of which has two flank surfaces converging at a crest. Adjacent flank surfaces are continuously connected in reverse curves so that the crests are connected to be a wavy arrangement. During a screwing operation, the main threads execute a main cutting action, and concurrently the auxiliary threads push and then sever wood fibers effectively, thereby providing a dual cutting effect to prevent the shank and the drilling portion from being entangled in the wood fibers, reduce the screwing resistance caused by the entanglement of wood fibers, and speeding up the screwing operation.

    Abstract: A root implant includes a body portion, a drilling portion formed on the body portion, a positioning hole formed opposite to the drilling portion, and a thread portion spiraled on the body portion. The body portion and the coarse thread have respective first openings and second openings spaced apart by equal distances. The first openings and second openings accommodate accretions grown from the alveolar bone when the root implant interfaces with the alveolar bone. The body portion and the coarse thread includes first joint sections and second joint sections formed between any two of the first openings and the second openings respectively to allow the accretions to clamber and link together to provide a tight combination between the root implant and the alveolar bone, preventing the loosening problem caused by an external force and promoting a positioning effect of the root implant.

    Abstract: A dental implant comprises a shank and a threaded section spirally disposed on the shank. A shank diameter of a connecting part where the first and the second sections are connected is smaller than that of the second section, whereby the subject configuration increases an implant-fastening feel of dentists and an initial implanting stability efficiently while implanting the dental implant into an alveolar bone. When the dental implant is enclosed by a growth of the bone, the second section is firmly fixed by the bone to prevent the dental implant from loosening due to an inverse torque derived from the mastication and allow it to be firmly embedded in the bone to increase the combining stability.

    Abstract: A method of speedily forming dental implant auxiliary devices comprises a tooth mold reproducing step, a processing drawing setting step, and a formation step. In the tooth mold producing step, a buccal mold is made according to a shape of an oral cavity; in the processing drawing setting step, an implant marked object is designed in respect to the buccal mold for setting a three-dimensional processing drawing of a dental implant auxiliary device; and in the formation step, the drawing is input to a laser sintering and forming system, so that the system directly and quickly forms and shapes the implant fixing device according to the three-dimensional drawing. The method reduces the manufacture time effectively and increases the manufacture precision, which allows the metal implant to be correctly implanted in surgery for enhancing a success rate of the surgery and reducing manufacture costs.
