  • Publication number: 20070283551
Abstract: A method for fabricating ceiling fan blade includes steps of: a) punching: choosing a film and then punching at least four positioning holes on the film; b) printing: printing a certain pattern on the film; c) drying: drying the film with infrared to form a film carrier; d) cutting: cutting the film carrier in accordance with desired sizes and shapes; e) shaping: placing the cut film carrier in an injection mold, and injection-shaping a shrouding block on a surface of the cut film carrier, the shrouding block enveloping a peripheral of the cut film carrier; f) cooling: cooling the shaped film carrier and forming a ceiling fan blade. The method for fabricating ceiling fan blade raises yield rate and reduces labor cost. The fabricated ceiling fan blades take on diverse colors, and are novel, beautiful, bright and glazed.

  • Publication number: 20070092377
Abstract: A ceiling fan mounting apparatus includes a mounting unit and a cover member covering the mounting unit. The mounting unit includes a base member for being mounted to a ceiling, and a support bracket for being connected with the ceiling fan. By combining the mounting unit and the cover member to form the mounting apparatus, the structure of the mounting apparatus is simplified and the aesthetic of the overall appearance of the ceiling fan is increased.

  • Publication number: 20060110257
Abstract: The present invention relates to an improvement of a ceiling fan blade, with dimples distributing thereon. When blades rotating, air flowing dimples will generate turbulence that disturbs air deflection angles, causing an increase in wind speed and a decrease in noise level. Therefore, the present invention is new, advanced and practical in application.

  • Publication number: 20050266164
Abstract: A method of making a vane with a grainy pattern for a fan includes an extrusion forming step, a cutting step, a thermal transfer step, a painting step and a drying step. A board made from foamed plastics is formed through an extrusion forming machine and formed at the extrusion forming step is cut to form a rudimental plate through a punch. The rudimental plate is put on a moving device of a thermal transfer machine for carrying the rudimental plate to pass through a heated PU roller, thereby printing the grainy pattern of the thermal transfer ribbon on the surface of the rudimental plate. UV clear lacquer is painted on the surface of the rudimental plate to cover the grainy pattern through a PU roller of the painting equipment. Through ultraviolet desiccating treatment thereby connecting the UV clear lacquer layer and the grainy pattern layer together.

  • Patent number: 6790008
Abstract: An integrated structure of ceiling fan base and frame includes a base and a frame. The characteristics thereof are that, between the base thereof and the frame thereof is a inner rim that is disposed with a plurality of openings and a plurality of reinforcement ribs at equidistant locations of an inner periphery thereof, and each of the pin openings is placed with a pin; the shape of an inner periphery of the frame is corresponded with an outer periphery of the inner rim, and two clasp portions are disposed at the frame so as to fasten and connect the frame around the inner rim; and at positions having largest diameters on a periphery of the base is provided with a plurality of orifices corresponding to the pins at the inner rim so as to wedge the heads of the pins into the orifices of the base for assembly.

  • Patent number: 6042895
Abstract: A method for imprinting woodprints onto the blade of fan generally includes the steps of 1) molding the plastic blade; 2) coloring the blade with woodprints; and 3) deploying a protective coating thereof. Characterized in that when the plastic blade is molded by injected molding, the surface of the plastic blade is formed with a plurality of recesses that stimulate the annular rings. The plastic material can be dyed with white or other colors that stimulates the wood color. Then the surface of the plastic blade is printed with a first UV coating that is darker than the color of plastic blade. Afterward, the UV coating is then flattened by means of a rubber knife such that the UV coating is left only within the recesses on the surface of the plastic blade. Before the UV coating is cured and dried, a brush can be used to brush the UV coating longitudinally to generate a pattern of fibrils. Then the coating is undergone the UV light to cure and dry the UV coating.
