Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method, apparatus, readable medium, and electronic device for live stream interaction. The method includes: in accordance with displaying of a first control at a first target position of a live stream interface, obtaining a first duration during which a user watches the live stream interface; in accordance with a determination that the first duration is greater than or equal to a first predetermined duration threshold, switching the first control to a second control, and displaying the second control at a second target position of the live stream interface; and in response to a first operation command performed by the user on the second control, allocating a virtual resource to the user. In this way, interaction modes of a live stream room are enriched, and an activity level of the live stream room can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of a recombinant human Parainfluenza Virus (hPIV) F ectodomain trimer stabilized in a prefusion conformation are provided. Also disclosed are nucleic acids encoding the hPIV F ectodomain trimer and methods of producing the hPIV F ectodomain trimer. Methods for inducing an immune response in a subject are also disclosed. In some embodiments, the method can be a method for treating or inhibiting a hPIV infection in a subject by administering a effective amount of the recombinant hPIV F ectodomain trimer to the subject.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to methods, systems, and computer program products for managing a plurality of live comments. A plurality of live comments is obtained for a video, the plurality of live comments being associated with a plurality of fragments in the video, respectively. A plurality of features are extracted from the plurality of live comments, respectively. A knowledge base is generated for the plurality of live comments based on the plurality of features. With these embodiments, the live comments may be managed in an effective way. Further, the knowledge base may provide answers to a user query.

Abstract: A high electron mobility GaN-based transistor structure comprises a substrate, an epitaxial GaN layer formed on the substrate, at least one ohmic contact layer formed on the epitaxial GaN layer, a metallic gate layer formed on the epitaxial GaN layer, and a diffusion barrier layer interposed between the metallic gate layer and the epitaxial GaN layer. The diffusion barrier layer hinders metallic atoms of the metallic gate layer from diffusing into the epitaxial GaN layer, whereby are improved the electric characteristics and reliability of the GaN-based transistor.
