    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED) and a preparation method thereof. The QLED includes an anode and a cathode that are oppositely arranged, a quantum dot luminescent layer arranged between the anode and the cathode, and an electron transport layer (ETL) arranged between the quantum dot luminescent layer and the cathode. The ETL includes a first ETL, and the first ETL is a zinc oxide film with a surface hydroxyl content of less than or equal to 0.4. Alternatively, the ETL includes zinc oxide, and at least a part of a surface of the zinc oxide includes an amino ligand and/or a carboxyl ligand with 3 to 7 carbon atoms. The system matches a basic inductance value required by the air conditioner internal units according to the sum of motor powers, sets a current output inductance value of the multi-tap reactor according to the basic inductance value, and inputs the output inductance value into the corresponding air conditioner internal units.

    Abstract: Applications of a serum S100A8/A9 complex level in the prognosis assessment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are disclosed. The prognosis assessment refers to predicting short-term and long-term prognosis of an AMI patient undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and determining whether the patient falls into a high-risk group of postoperative adverse events (AEs) or a low-risk group of the postoperative AEs. The AEs include but are not limited to death, cardiogenic shock (CS), and acute heart failure (AHF). The S100A8/A9 complex is a heterodimer complex formed by S100A8 protein (Calgranulin A, MRP8) and S100A9 protein (Calgranulin B, MRP14) in a calcium ion-dependent manner. The S100A8/A9 complex refers to the S100A8/A9 complex in serum of the patient within 24 h after the PCI. An antibody pair for detecting the serum S100A8/A9 complex is also disclosed.
