  • Publication number: 20240089607
Abstract: An image sensing device and a control device of an illumination device thereof are provided. The control device includes a control circuit, an operation circuit, and multiple driving signal generators. The control circuit generates multiple control signals. The operation circuit performs a logical operation on the control signals and an image capturing signal to generate multiple operation results. The driving signal generator respectively provides multiple driving signals to the illumination device according to the operation results, and the driving signals respectively have multiple different output powers.

  • Publication number: 20220003709
Abstract: Provided are a potentiometric biosensor (100) and a method for detecting urea concentration in a sample. The potentiometric biosensor (100) comprises an indication electrode (23) and a reference electrode (24). A second reaction reagent on the indication electrode (23) comprises a urease but does not comprise an electron transporter. A first reaction reagent on the reference electrode (24) comprises an electron transporter but does not comprise a urease. In the case where no external voltage is applied, after a blood sample has been added, the urease catalyzes the reaction of urea in the sample, thereby causing a potential difference between the indication electrode (23) and the reference electrode (24). Furthermore, the potential difference between the indication electrode (23) and the reference electrode (24) is in a linear relationship with the urea concentration in the sample, and the urea concentration in the sample can be calculated according to such linear relationship.

  • Publication number: 20030093119
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of strengthening a tissue against the force of a suture by forming a reinforced eyelet in the tissue. Such an eyelet can be formed by any means that results in strengthening or reinforcement of a tissue against the tensile force of a suture. A reinforced eyelet can be formed via the physical attachment of a strengthening means to a tissue or by contacting a tissue with an eyelet-forming agent. Also described are sutures and kits for use with the method of reinforcing a tissue by forming a reinforced eyelet.
