  • Publication number: 20240130614
Abstract: An intraocular pressure inspection device includes an intraocular pressure detection unit, a high-precision positioning system and a wide-area positioning system, wherein according to the position of the intraocular pressure detection unit, a set of high-precision coordinates output by the high-precision positioning system and a set of wide-area coordinates output by the wide-area positioning system are integrated in appropriate weights to obtain a set of more precise integrated coordinate. The above-mentioned intraocular pressure inspection device can prevent the intraocular pressure detection unit from failing to operate once it is not in the working area of the high-precision positioning system.

  • Patent number: 7760220
Abstract: A drawing control method is used for producing a label pattern on a label side of an optical disc. The optical disc is first loaded into an optical disc drive with the label side facing to an optical pickup head of the optical disc drive. The optical pickup head is controlled to move along a seeking direction from a first track to a second track in a long seeking operation; and then controlled to move along another seeking direction opposite to the seeking direction from the second track to a preset track range between lower track and an upper track. The optical pickup head then draws a label pattern on the label side of the optical disc in the preset track range.

  • Publication number: 20070247512
Abstract: In a track control method for marking a label side of an optical disc, a data side of the optical disc is first oriented to an optical head. A light beam is then emitted and a sled carrying the optical head moves. A series of moving distances of the sled are calculated according to the light beam reflected by the optical disc, which are then recorded in a memory. The optical disc is then flipped to have the label side face the optical head, and the shift of the optical head is controlled to mark on tracks of the label side according to the series of moving distances recorded in the memory.

  • Publication number: 20070140077
Abstract: After the learning step of an optical disc recording apparatus for writing a label side of an optical disc is accomplished, the focusing servo control signal includes an offset voltage component. Before or after the focusing servo control signal is converted into an analog output signal, the signal is processed by a low pass filter to remove a high-frequency portion so as to smoothen the signal, thereby removing the color or grey level gaps of the resulting pattern marked on the label side of the optical disc.

  • Patent number: 6759284
Abstract: A method for polysilicon crystallization by simultaneous laser and rapid thermal annealing is disclosed. In the method, a substrate that has an amorphous silicon layer on top is first provided and positioned on a conveyor situated inside a temperature-controlled chamber. The temperature-controlled chamber is equipped with a window in a top wall that is substantially transparent to thermal and laser energy. A beam of thermal energy and simultaneously a beam of laser energy merged with the thermal energy is then directed through the window onto a top surface of the substrate to convert an amorphous silicon film into a polysilicon film.

  • Patent number: 6670224
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a thin film transistor (TFT) having low serial impedance is described. The method uses a back-side exposure and uses the active area as a hard mask; therefore, photomask usage may be reduced. On the other hand, a Si-Ge layer is used to react with the conductive layer deposited thereon after for forming a Ge-salicide layer. The method may reduce the required temperature of forming a Ge-salicide layer and the serial impedance.
