  • Publication number: 20240145210
Abstract: There is provided an electron microscope capable of reducing variations of aberrations due to thermal variations. The electron microscope includes an electron optical system having a built-in aberration corrector equipped with multipole elements each for producing a multipolar field. Each multipole element includes a plurality of magnetic polepieces. Each polepiece includes a magnetic core, a first coil wound around the core, and a second coil wound around the core. The first coil and the second coil produce a first multipolar field and a second multipolar field, respectively, when energized. The first and second multipolar fields are identical in terms of symmetry.

  • Publication number: 20190231234
Abstract: The in-vivo component measuring apparatus 1 for measuring components contained in interstitial fluid collected from a subject is provided. The apparatus includes a setting unit in which is installed an interstitial fluid collector that collects interstitial fluid, a glucose sensor for acquiring a signal reflecting the amount of the measurement target component contained in the interstitial fluid when in a state of contact with the interstitial fluid collector, and a moving unit that brings the glucose sensor into contact with the interstitial fluid collector installed in the setting unit by changing the relative position between the setting unit and the glucose sensor to a predetermined positional relationship.

  • Publication number: 20180030499
Abstract: In a hydrogen peroxide electrode 100 used as a working electrode 30 of an enzyme sensor 20, an intermediate layer 101 containing particles and a retentive substance for holding the particles inside the retentive substance are provided on a substrate 21, and an electrode layer 107 is provided on the intermediate layer 101. In this way, according to the hydrogen peroxide electrode 100, hydrogen peroxide can be detected with high sensitivity even when an applied voltage that is not susceptible to interference by interference substances present in the living body is used.
