    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel displaying an image, an input sensing layer disposed on the display panel and including a plurality of sensing electrodes, and a sensing controller electrically connected to the input sensing layer and operating in at least one of a first mode and a second mode. A position of a first external input applied to the input sensing layer is sensed in the first mode, biometric information of a second external input applied to the input sensing layer is measured in the second mode. The sensing controller converts a sensing signal sensed from the input sensing layer based on a correction value determined based on parameters of surrounding environment to generate a correction sensing signal, and the sensing controller measures the biometric information from the correction sensing signal in the second mode.
