  • Patent number: 8132303
Abstract: A zipper slider includes a top plate and a bottom plate. A connecting portion is provided between the top plate and the bottom plate. Two guiding slots are formed between the top plate and the bottom plate. One side of the top plate and the bottom plate extends to form first side plates facing each other. The other side of the top plate and the bottom plate extends to form second side plates facing each other. Each first side plate includes a first straight section and a first curved section. Each second side plate includes a second straight section and a second curved section. The first straight section of the first side plate is longer than the second straight section of the second side plate. Via the above arrangement, the insertion pin can be inserted smoothly and a secure locking function is achieved.

  • Patent number: 8042236
Abstract: A plug pin of a zipper has a plug pin body. The plug pin body has a first long side and a second long side. The first long side and the second long side are located on two opposite sides of the plug pin body. In the plug pin body, there is a first joint trough. On the first long side, there is a first concave trough. By utilizing the first concave trough, the extruded and protruded effect when the plug pin is fastened onto the zipper belt can be cancelled so that the plug can be plugged and lifted smoothly. A position pin and a plug pin set of a zipper are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7891061
Abstract: A zipper head includes a puller, a horse hook, an elastic piece, a cap and a pulling piece. The puller has guiding grooves there inside and an accommodating portion and a penetrating hole on top thereof. The end portion is disposed under the horse hook. One end of the elastic piece is fixed on the puller. Both sides in the interior of the cap are provided with a protrusion respectively. The two protrusions of the cap are located above the fulcrum portion of the horse hook. Via the above arrangement, a function of blocking and restricting the position of the fulcrum portion of a horse hook can be provided, and thus the fulcrum portion of the horse hook cannot be displaced excessively due to an extreme pulling force of the pulling piece. Therefore, the horse hook can be prevented from getting deformed or deviating from a predetermined position.

  • Publication number: 20100299887
Abstract: An insertion pin for a zipper, in which the insertion pin has an insertion pin body with a first side and a second side that are opposite to each other and lengthwise along the insertion pin body is provided. A first receiving slot is formed on an interior of the insertion pin body. The first side has a slant surface close to a head of the insertion pin body. Via the aforementioned design, interference can be prevented when the insertion pin inserts a slider tab, and thus making the insertion action smooth. An insertion pin assembly is further provided.

  • Publication number: 20090313793
Abstract: A zipper head includes a puller, a hook, a pulling piece, an elastic piece and a cap. The puller forms guiding grooves therein, and a top of the puller has a through hole communicating with the guiding grooves. The hook is disposed on the top of the puller, and the hook has a hook portion extending into the through hole of the puller. The pulling piece has a positioning portion at its end, and the positioning portion is disposed under the hook. The cap covers the top of the hook. The elastic piece has a fixing end fixed in the cap, and the elastic piece abuts upon the hook. Therefore, the zipper head is beneficial for the productions and replacements of the pulling pieces that are manufactured in small quantity, and the zipper head can be assembled by mechanical or manual methods.

  • Publication number: 20090000084
Abstract: A cap structure for a zipper includes a cap and a resilient tab. The cap has a containing groove formed on the bottom surface thereof. At least one lug is disposed on the bottom surface of the containing groove. The bottom of the concave portion is lower than the top of the lug. Two sides of the cap each have a side wall. Each of the side walls has a recess opening that communicates with the containing groove. The resilient tap is disposed within the containing groove and the resilient tap abuts against the limiting portions. One end of the resilient tap has an aperture that corresponds to the lug. Therefore, the resilient tap and cap are combined to form the cap structure. Because the space for the resilient tap to bend is bigger, the force for pulling the slide of the zipper is smaller.

  • Patent number: 7257869
Abstract: A zipper head assembly structure includes a fastening slider, a pulling piece, a horse-like hook, an elastic piece and a cap. The top of the fastening slider has a first fixing base and a second fixing base at two ends thereof, respectively. One end of the elastic piece is fixedly connected on the first fixing base of the fastening slider. The elastic piece abuts against the top portion of the horse-like hook. The cap covers the first and second fixing bases of the fastening slider, the end portion of the pulling piece, the horse-like hook and the elastic piece. The zipper head assembly structure of the present invention reduces efficiently the material cost, simplifies the manufacturing procedure much, and reduces the manufacturing cost. Further, the elastic piece is fixed on the fastening slider more firmly, so the elastic piece and the horse-like hook can abut to each other sufficiently.
