  • Patent number: 11913981
Abstract: An electrostatic sensing system configured to sense an electrostatic information of a fluid inside a fluid distribution component and including an electrostatic sensing assembly, a signal amplifier and an analog-to-digital converter. The electrostatic sensing assembly includes a sensing component, and a shield. The sensing component is configured to be disposed at the fluid distribution component. The sensing component is disposed through the fluid distribution component so as to be partially located in the fluid distribution component. The shield surrounds a part of the sensing component that is located in the fluid distribution component. At least part of the shield is located on an upstream side of the sensing component. The signal amplifier is electrically connected to the sensing component. The analog-to-digital converter is electrically connected to the signal amplifier. The shield has an opening spaced apart from the sensing component.

  • Publication number: 20110267806
Abstract: This invention relates to a luminous decoration strip which essentially comprises a main housing having a light emitting module disposed therein. The light emitting module includes a LED luminant, a control circuit and a power supply unit. A light guide sheet having reflecting stripes provided thereon is attached to the main housing such that the light emitted from the LED luminant is directed onto the reflecting stripes. The reflecting stripes reflect the light on both surfaces of the light guide sheet in such a manner that diversified luminous patters can be produced. In this way, the luminous decoration strip can be used in various fields, such as hand decoration, head ornaments, or diversified character patterns for advertising purpose etc.

  • Patent number: 7337435
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for migrating configuration data from an existing program to a replacement program, in response, for example, to a command by an external agent. In preferred embodiments, an existing program is modified according to the invention to add functionality to obtain pertinent configuration data from such sources available to the existing program as its internal tables, configuration files, and run-time commands, and then to write a configuration file containing configuration data formatted for use by the replacement program. The program's internal tables may often contain configuration data which is not always available to the replacement program e.g. command line parameters, data provided through receipt of messages from other programs, etc. The invention advantageously makes voluminous formatted configuration data available to the replacement program in order to expeditiously provide a basis for its initial operation after installation.

  • Patent number: 6820121
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention include methods, systems and computer program products which provide for processing an event having a classification based on associated policy rules where the policy rules are conditioned on the classification. A policy rules hash table is provided including a plurality of policy rule entries, each policy rule entry being associated with a hash index. A hash index is generated using a classification hash length based on the classification of the event, the classification having an associated length at least equal to the classification hash length. A policy rule entry in the policy rules hash table is identified that corresponds to the generated hash index. It is determined if a classification field length associated with the identified policy rule corresponds to the classification hash length. The identified policy rule entry is executed if the hash length associated with the identified policy rule corresponds to the classification hash length.

  • Patent number: 6662235
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention include methods, systems and computer program products which provide for a complex policy rule structured in a plurality of levels wherein the complex policy rule selects an action for execution based on a plurality of individual policy conditions. An event is received having an associated value defining a point in a space covered by the individual policy conditions. The following operations are performed if the complex policy rule is a CNF policy rule. A plurality of summary conditions are generated, each of the summary conditions being associated with one of the levels. The associated value of the received event is compared to a selected one of the summary conditions to determine if the selected one of the summary conditions is met.
