    Abstract: A metal pollution-resistant catalyst, its preparation and application are provided. The catalyst consists of a first alumina comprising a modified metal Mn and a second alumina. The ratio of the integral areas of the two peaks at 3670 cm?1 and 3730 cm?1 in the infrared spectroscopy of the catalyst is 1-5:1. The method for preparing the catalyst comprises a step of forming a slurry of an acid-soluble first alumina, a non-acid-soluble second alumina, water and optionally acid and a modified metal oxide. The metal pollution-resistant catalyst and the particle containing a catalytic cracking active component form a catalytic cracking catalyst, useful for catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil containing pollution metals. In the case of nickel pollution, catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil can reduce the ratio of hydrogen to methane.

    Abstract: A catalytic cracking catalyst, on a dry basis, contains 10-35% by weight of a meso and macro pore aluminum oxide based on aluminum oxide, 5-30% by weight of an acidifying binder based on oxide, 2-20% by weight of a second binder based on oxide, 20-60% by weight of a zeolite, and 5-50% by weight of a clay. The meso and macro pore aluminum oxide is an aluminum oxide with a pseudo boehmite structure, which has a total pore volume of 0.5-2.0 mL/g, an average pore size of 5-30 nm, and a specific surface area of 250-450 m2/g. The catalytic cracking catalyst has a total pore volume not less than 0.200 mL/g. The volume of 2-100 nm meso and macro pores accounts for 70% or more of the total pore volume, while the volume of 4-50 nm mesoporous pores accounts for 60% or more of the total pore volume.

The preparation method comprises: carrying out spinning by co-extrusion using a three-channel nozzle to form hollow double-layer fibers each having a skin layer and a protective layer as well as a cavity, injecting the conductive mixture into the cavity of the hollow double-layer fiber. The material has excellent deformation ability, stable and sensitive color changing function, and a controllable deformation degree. The material has a stable color changing function even in the case of severe defomation, good fatigue resistance, and is suitable for the preparation of intelligent textiles.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a preparation method of an anti-counterfeiting lyocell fiber, including the following steps: dissolving at least one amino acid metal chelate and a cellulose pulp in an aqueous solution of a cellosolve to obtain a spinning solution, and then performing wet spinning using the spinning solution to obtain an anti-counterfeiting lyocell fiber, wherein the amino acid metal chelate account for 0.2% to 0.6% of the total mass of the anti-counterfeiting lyocell fiber. The anti-counterfeiting lyocell fiber of the present invention uses an amino acid metal chelate for encryption, and the process is simple. The prepared product can be provided with one or two passwords based on the ratio of metal ions and the amino acids, so that the product prepared from this fiber has the advantages of memory tracking properties, identification function and high anti-counterfeiting capability grade.

Amino acid-metal chelates are used to anti-counterfeit and encrypt the modal fibers, and the anti-counterfeiting and encrypting is involved in the spinning stock solution of modal fibers.
