Abstract: Embodiments of semiconductor fabrication methods are disclosed. In an example, a method for forming a mark for locating patterns in semiconductor fabrication is disclosed. A wafer is divided into a plurality of shots. Each of the plurality of shots includes a semiconductor chip die. Four quarters of a locking corner mark are subsequently patterned, respectively, at four corners of four adjacent shots of the plurality of shots. Each quarter of the locking corner mark is symmetric to adjacent quarters of the locking corner mark and is separated from the adjacent quarters of the locking corner mark by a nominally same distance. The locking corner mark is set as an origin for locating patterns in at least one of the four adjacent shots in semiconductor fabrication.

Abstract: This invention discloses a single-needle medication mixer, dual hard ports, and a soft intravenous bag, pertaining to the field of medical apparatus technologies. The medication mixer comprises a base, a medication mixing passage, a medication mixing cup, and a piercing needle. The base, the medication mixing passage and the medication mixing cup are integrally formed, the medication mixing cup consists of cup wall and cup bottom, the lower end of the medication mixing passage penetrates through the base, and the upper end penetrates through the cup bottom; the upper end of the medication mixing passage is provided with the piercing needle having a hollow passage, the lower end of the piercing needle is connected to the upper end of the medication mixing passage in a sealing way, and the hollow passage is communicated therewith. The medication mixer of this invention is convenient to use and has no potential safety hazard.

Abstract: The present invention provides a nanocarbon-iron composite system which is a composite structure formed by interaction of acid-treated nanocarbon serving as a carrier, with and ferrous ions and/or ferric ions in an iron salt. In an in-vitro experiment and an animal experiment, the nanocarbon-iron composite system of the present invention shows a very efficient inhibition effect on solid tumors containing liver cancer, breast cancer and cervical cancer and has an excellent targeting property. Accordingly, the present invention further provides a preparation method of the nanocarbon-iron composite system, use of the nanocarbon-iron composite system in preparation of a drug for treating solid tumors, and a suspension for injection based on the nanocarbon-iron composite system.

Abstract: The present application discloses a method and an apparatus for processing a UE context of a UE. In a specific embodiment of the method, a base station receives the UE context from a UE; and the base station, according to the received UE context, performs at least one of: optimizing a service strategy of the base station, optimizing a scheduling mode of the base station; and optimizing a handover procedure for the UE. The embodiment utilizes the UE context to provide the UE with services more effectively.
