  • Patent number: 11403993
Abstract: A light-emitting diode display device and a light-emission control method thereof are provided. The light-emitting diode display device includes a timing controller, multiple display pixels, and a scanning circuit. The display pixels form multiple display rows. The scanning circuit generates multiple scan signals and multiple light-emission signals that respectively drive the display rows. During a first data-writing time period of a first frame period, the timing controller provides multiple writing data to be respectively written into the display rows. During a light-emitting time period, the scanning circuit drives each of the light-emission signals to generate multiple pulses periodically according to a set period to drive the corresponding display rows. The light-emitting time period is after the first data-writing time period and before a second data-writing time period of a second frame period ends.

  • Patent number: 8346541
Abstract: A method for constructing a Chinese dictionary is disclosed, including determining a probability for nominalization of a Chinese term with a given collocation term according to a determination rule and the correlation between the Chinese term and its corresponding collocations, wherein the Chinese term is determined to be a verb part-of-speech. The method further includes modifying the verb part-of-speech of the Chinese term with the given collocation term to an appropriate part-of-speech when the probability for nominalization of the Chinese term with the given collocation term is higher than a predetermined value, and storing the correlation between the Chinese term, the given collocation term and the appropriate part-of-speech in a storage device.

  • Publication number: 20120132264
Abstract: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are described. A pyramid structure is formed on a silicon substrate. A laser treatment is performed on the pyramid structure, so that a top portion of the pyramid structure has an arc shape, and a round is formed at a crest line of the pyramid structure. Films formed during subsequent processes hence have a uniform thickness and conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved.

  • Publication number: 20120132244
Abstract: A solar cell module with current control and a method of fabricating the same are provided. A plurality of rectifying diodes is formed simultaneously in series at a bus line formation area when solar cell units are fabricated. The rectifying diodes formed in series at the bus line formation area enables the solar cell to have the efficacy of current rectification when being shaded, and the output power of the solar cell is stabilized.
