    Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication apparatus for a non-orthogonal multiple access communication system. The apparatus comprises: a power adjustment unit which is used, for at least some of user equipment included in the communication system, dynamically adjusting the sending power of each of the at least some of the user equipment for each sub-carrier according to channel state information about the communication system, in order that the at least some of the user equipment perform uplink data transmission on corresponding sub-carriers with the adjusted sending power. According to the disclosed apparatus, method and system, at least one of the following technical benefits could be obtained: increasing the channel capacity of the communication system; reducing the bit error rate during the communication; and reducing the interference between corresponding user equipment in the communication system.

    Abstract: An independent suspension comprises upper and lower fork arms, elastic elements, shock absorber and fork arm positioning pivots. The fork arms are A-shaped, front ends of the fork arms respectively connect to upper and lower suspension points of a wheel, and rear ends of the fork arms connect to a vehicle frame through the elastic elements. The shock absorber mounts on top of the front end of the upper fork arm. Vehicle frame bearing pivot points and transmission parts are constructed on peripheries of the upper and lower fork arms. The arrangement absorbs bearing elastic forces by changing directions of force and the arms of force, to form multiple points supporting multiple elastic elements, so force applied on the wheel is distributed by multiple points, increasing average running speed. Increasing the number and arrangement of the elastic elements reduces vehicle height, optimizes space utilization and improves stability and running smoothness.

The vehicle frame has the advantages that match with the needs of an electric vehicle, and thus may be used as the optimum configuration frame for the electric vehicle; and the vehicle frame may be improved according to requirements to be applicable to various fuel and hybrid electric passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.

One curved mirror is split into two component mirrors one of which is tilted to define a swirling reflection pattern on the curved mirror that includes the spatially extended aperture. The optical time delay introduced to a light ray by the multi-pass optical cell depends on the input location of the light ray into the spatially extended aperture. The optical delay device may include two such multi-pass optical cells and a mirror that optically couples the two said multi-pass optical cells.
