    Abstract: An imaging lens assembly includes a plurality of optical elements and an accommodating assembly, wherein the accommodating assembly is for containing the optical elements. The accommodating assembly includes a conical-shaped light blocking sheet and a lens barrel. The conical-shaped light blocking sheet includes an out-side portion and a conical portion, and the conical portion is connected to the out-side portion. The conical portion includes a conical structure tapered from the out-side portion toward one of an object-side and an image-side along the optical axis. The lens barrel is disposed on one side of the conical portion. The optical elements include a most object-side optical element, a most image-side optical element and at least one optical element. The conical structure of the conical-shaped light blocking sheet is physically contacted with only one of the lens barrel, the most object-side optical element and the most image-side optical element.

    Abstract: An auxiliary device for a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) reaction chamber and a film deposition method using the same are revealed. The auxiliary device includes a first electric field device set around an inner wall of the reaction chamber. Thus source materials or film precursors in the plasma are moved from a center toward the inner wall around the reaction chamber by electrical attraction of the first electric field device. The auxiliary device further includes a second electric field device set under a platform surface loaded with a substrate. The second electric field device makes source materials or film precursors in the plasma become attached to and deposited on a surface of the substrate owing to electrical attraction. Thereby uniformity of the film can be controlled effectively and thickness of the film can be reduced.

    Abstract: A remote plasma generator of a remote plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) system is revealed. A direct current (DC) discharge unit, a radiofrequency (RF) discharge unit and a microwave discharge unit are arranged at the remote plasma generator separately. Source materials or process gas introduced into the remote plasma generator are/is excited by synchronous discharging of the DC discharge unit, the RF discharge unit and the microwave discharge unit to generate a plasma source required. The efficiency in use and the efficiency in manufacturing process of the remote PECVD are improved.

    Abstract: A retaining apparatus includes a first bracket, a second bracket, and an operation member. The first bracket includes two sidewalls. The second bracket includes two side plates slidably attached to the sidewalls, respectively. The operation member includes an operation portion, a mounting piece fixed to the second sidewall, and an engaging piece. A flange extends from one of the side plates of the second bracket. When the second bracket and the first bracket slide toward each other, the engaging piece abuts against a first end of the flange. The operation portion is pressed inward to release the engaging piece from the flange, and the second bracket is slid out relative to the first bracket until the engaging piece is restored to abut against a second end of the flange.
