  • Publication number: 20100176593
Abstract: The wind generator includes a propeller, a speed sensor, a processor, at least two generators and a distributor. When the speed sensor detects that a wind speed or rotation-speed of a generator exceeds a threshold, the other generator joins to be in cooperation with it for reducing rotation-speed of the generators and increasing wind generation. Similarly, additional generators join to be in cooperation if rotation-speed of the propeller is still overhigh. No more generators join to cooperate if the rotation-speed is under the threshold.

  • Publication number: 20100052580
Abstract: The speed control module includes a sensing element installed in a motor for detecting a position of magnet of rotor; a power switch connected to the motor for switching on/off control signals sent to the motor; a main controller connected to the power switch and sensing element for processing half-wave feedback signals from the sensing element and sending the signals to the motor via the power switch; and speed adjusting element connected to the main controller for receiving external information and providing to the main controller. When the motor is operating, the half-wave feedback signals of the sensing element vary because of continuous rotation of the magnet of rotor. The main controller outputs a three-phase voltage to change the magnetic field of the stator coil, so that the motor speed can be smooth and stable.

  • Publication number: 20090314109
Abstract: An interface module for connecting a motor and a gearbox is disclosed. The interface module includes a gearbox cover for covering the gearbox and a connecting member disposed therein. The connecting member has a first face and a second face. The first face and the second face connect to an output shaft of a motor and a torque converter of the gearbox, respectively. The modulized interface can simplify components matching the motor and gearbox when their specifications change. For example, the motor does not need to change when specification of the gearbox changes. Thus compatibility of gearbox or motor can be improved with less limitation of changing different makers or specifications.
