Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a system for discovering adverse drug reaction signals based on causal discovery. According to the present application, a causality is introduced in the process of discovering adverse drug reaction signals by using electronic medical record data, the data dimension in real-world electronic medical record data is maximally reserved, a Bayesian network structure containing causal effects, as well as a set of confounding factors which plays a role in both a medication intervention and an occurrence of an adverse event are constructed. The method of constructing the set of confounding factors starts from the data, without artificial access and prior knowledge, and retains the confounding factors in the real world to the greatest extent. A medication intervention group and a control group are constructed based on these confounding factors, and the randomized controlled trial is simulated.

Abstract: Disclosed are an unblocking apparatus for a furnace discharging pipe and a use method. The unblocking apparatus includes a rail, a rail car that may move along the rail, an unblocking drive mechanism arranged on the rail car, a heat-unblocking component, a cold-unblocking component, and a material receiving component that is used to receive a blocking material in the discharging pipe, and a drive end of the unblocking drive mechanism is detachably connected with one end of the heat-unblocking component and the cold-unblocking component respectively. The present application effectively handles different blockage situations of the furnace discharging pipe by connecting the unblocking drive mechanism with an unblocking rod capable of heat-unblocking and a drilling rod capable of cold-unblocking, thereby two modes of heat-unblocking and cold-unblocking are performed on the furnace discharging pipe; and the discharging pipe may be unblocked by a remote operation.

A concealed part is predicted based on retained information by using the unannotated data and concealing part of information in text, and meanwhile an entity word-level discrimination task is introduced for pre-training of a span-based language model; and a plurality of decoding mechanisms are introduced in a fine-tune stage, a relationship between a text vector and text data is obtained based on the pre-trained span-based language model, linearized data with entity labels is converted into the text vector, and text generation is performed through forward decoding and reverse decoding in a prediction stage of a text generation model to obtain enhanced data with annotation information.

Abstract: A method for improving estimation of leaf area index in an early growth stage of wheat based on red-edge bands of Sentinel-2 satellite images includes the following steps: acquiring field background spectrum and wheat canopy spectrum information by means of Sentinel-2; respectively acquiring a “straw-soil” spectrum and a “wheat-straw-soil” spectrum, and calculating slopes of red-edge areas of the “straw-soil” spectrum and the “wheat-straw-soil” spectrum; calculating a tangent function SATF corrected by a background adjustment coefficient ?; constructing a wheat LAI estimation model based on a spectral variable SATFNIR-RE2; performing preliminary screening on the LAI estimation model using cross validation; and then testing the screened model with independent data.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods may provide for a frontend driver that notifies a hypervisor of a map request from a guest driver of a device, wherein the device is passed through to and directly controlled by a virtual machine, and wherein the map request is associated with an attempt of the device to access a guest memory page in a virtualized execution environment. The frontend driver may also determine whether the guest memory page is pinned and send a map hypercall to the hypervisor if the guest memory page is not pinned. Additionally, the hypervisor may determine that the guest memory page is pinned, determine, based on a direct memory access (DMA) bitmap, that an unmap request from the guest driver has been issued, and unpin the guest memory page.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gene combination for expressing and producing terrequinone A in Escherichia coli and use thereof. The gene combination includes a tdiAS gene, a tdiBS gene, a tdiCS gene, a tdiDS gene, a tdiES gene, an sfpS gene, an ScCKS gene, and an AtIPKS gene with nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOS:1 to 8. In the present disclosure, a recombinant engineered strain capable of producing terrequinone A having anti-cancer activity is obtained by separately constructing recombinant plasmids pC02 and pU03 through the eight genes and transforming the two recombinant plasmids into E. coli. The content of terrequinone A in a fermentation broth thereof is 106.3 mg/L, which has potential application value in the biopharmaceutical field.

Abstract: A fixation and registration calibration system for multimodal MPI is provided. The fixation and registration calibration system includes an upper limiting device connected to a lower limiting device by a hand screw and an adjustable position component, where the upper limiting device and the lower limiting device each are symmetrical about the adjustable position component; an auxiliary clamping device is fixed at an upper end of the upper limiting device; the upper limiting device, the lower limiting device, and the auxiliary clamping device are provided with magnetic particle calibration holes at different positions; and an MPI calibration sample is provided through the magnetic particle calibration holes to achieve spatial position registration calibration. The fixation and registration calibration system achieves fixation of the detected object for MPI, flexible spatial position calibration based on magnetic particles, and stable and reliable multimodal MPI.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of fiber-optic gas sensing and laser photoacoustic spectroscopy, and reliability of a gas detection system is improved by actively selecting a working frequency of low noise interference combined with an optical fiber photoacoustic sensing probe capable of isolating high-frequency noise. A gas enters a photoacoustic microcavity through gaps on a sound-sensitive diaphragm after diffusing into a miniature air chamber through a plurality of micropores. Photoacoustic excitation light is incident into the photoacoustic microcavity through a fiber-optic collimator and then excited to generate a photoacoustic pressure wave to cause the sound-sensitive diaphragm to vibrate periodically. An end face of a single-mode optical fiber and the sound-sensitive diaphragm constitutes a fiber-optic Fabry-Perot interferometer. The interferometer measures a deflection of the diaphragm and inverts a concentration of the to-be-measured gas.
