Patent number: 6917008Abstract: A microswtich that is easy to assemble and manufacture is provided. The microswitch constantly keeps the first conductive section of a resilient component for opening/closing an electrical switch in contact with the first conductive terminal in the main body of the microswitch, and houses a plate-shaped second conductive section with a contact surface inside the main body of the microswtich, so that the second conductive section of the resilient component is driven by a press button on the contact surface of the second conductive terminal to preset the signal from an initial connection state to a final connection state in order to increase the distance required for controlling the signal connection and allow the resilient component to have an effective deformation and provide the best resilience of the press button.Type: GrantFiled: August 9, 2004Date of Patent: July 12, 2005Assignee: Zippy Technology Corp.Inventor: Yu-Ting Ni

Patent number: 6831242Abstract: A push switch device of the invention comprises a body including a set of terminals and closed via a cover. An inner side of the cover is provided with a second resilient unit on which is formed a stopper portion. A push unit is further formed through the body, the push unit being provided with a stop controller pad made of an abrasion-resistant material that is vis-à-vis the stopper portion. A first resilient unit is further placed below the push unit. With the above disposition, when a pressure is exerted on the push unit, the stop controller pad pushes on the stopper portion that moves outwardly. Thereby damage due to wear of the push unit is prevented.Type: GrantFiled: June 10, 2002Date of Patent: December 14, 2004Assignee: Shin Jiuh Corp.Inventor: Yu-Ting Ni

Publication number: 20040245082Abstract: A push switch device comprises a body including a set of terminals and closed cover. An inner side of the cover is provided with a second resilient unit on which is formed a stopper portion. A push unit is positioned in the body, the push unit being provided with a stop controller pad made of an abrasion-resistant material that faces the stopper portion. A first resilient unit is further placed below the push unit. With the above disposition, when pressure is exerted on the push unit, the stop controller pad pushes the stopper portion outwardly. Thereby, damage due to wearing contact of the stopper portion with the push unit is prevented.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 10, 2002Publication date: December 9, 2004Inventor: Yu-Ting Ni

Patent number: 6521852Abstract: An improved pushbutton switch includes an elastic element located in a body. The elastic element is made of metal and bent to form an action which has an inner diameter and two free ends to form respectively two support arms. The support arms are located in the body. When the elastic element is subject to an external pressing force, the inner diameter of the action section contracts slightly and the support arms are pressed downwards to connect two terminals of the pushbutton switch to establish electric connection to deliver signal output. When the external pressing force is released from a press element, the inherent elastic force of the elastic element pushes the press element back to its original location.Type: GrantFiled: May 6, 2002Date of Patent: February 18, 2003Assignee: Shin Jiuh Corp.Inventor: Yu-Ting Ni

Patent number: 6441331Abstract: An improved press switch for channeling signal transmission or output includes a body, two terminal element mounted on the body, a first elastic element located in the body, a press element disposed in the body above the first elastic element, and a face panel for covering the body at the front side thereof. When the press element subjects to an external pressing force, a second elastic element will be driven to press the first elastic element which in turn makes contact with the two terminals for establishing an electrical link to output electric characteristics desired. When the external pressing force is released from the press element, the innate elastic force of the first and second elastic element will push the press element to its original position.Type: GrantFiled: December 21, 2000Date of Patent: August 27, 2002Assignee: Shin Jiuh Corp.Inventors: Yu-Ting Ni, Wen-Hsiang Lu, Hsin-Hsun Chen
